The only disappointment is that we have to wait almost a whole 3 wks until N4 takes off!! ;-)) Good times ahead my friends, i'm gonna have a beer or two tonight... We are now invested in Nigel and I think he's a man with a plan who can make us all a lot of money...Have a great wkend :))

I know my post seems to good to be true. I'm only relaying what I have heard on the grapevine. We will just have to wait and see what happens next week.

I think the agm is scheduled for the 18th as the 17th is bank holiday and therefore it's acceptable that all is agreed and announced on the 18th. Trading to resume on 19th.

I've also heard the the book is now closed for the placing shares. All taken up, placing done and dusted. Hence I'm personally not expecting any nasty hold ups But then gain this is AIM!! No - I have faith this will all go through ok and we will then be in a much better place with NT at the helm. ATB.

Yes I have just heard same as elan - placing at 1.75 old money which will be 7p after consolidation. Assuming it will open close to this. All rumour at mo. I've had nothing to do with the placing.

Noises are that this will open at a premium to where the SP is currently. Some may sell for a quick profit to release tied up funds. Others will hold for the real gains.

Think it depends what broker you use. Not all offer the service of letting clients participate in placings. I'm with HL and have heard nothing but I do not think they offer that service as a matter of course. Have heard good things cattleman so we just need to wait now.

Getting pretty excited now for the relist. Yep, heard plenty of positive noises and read the ADVFN board which has given plenty of clues re the fundraising. All looks rosy here. It's just a pain in the ar3e having to sit tight waiting..................in 2 weeks time we should all be much happier.

Not long to go here now. I think appetite is going to be strong for the fundraise here. Looking forward to seeing the numbers.... Think it is going to work well for those of us already in. When we get back to trading there should be a push in awareness and I think a lot of excitement around the stock. Some may sell to release funds that have been tied up for 6 months but I think most existing shareholders will hold for the real gains....

Looks like things are finally coming together chaps. We will be back out of suspension in no time at all.

Loud and clear RD. I had a bit of a read up on the N4 website this weekend just to remind myself of the technologies that are currently being developed... Exciting stuff indeed and I can see plenty of growth here both short term and long term. :-)))

Agreed AJ. NT took OXP to approx 40m and if he can do half of that (very feasible) then we will be talking of a 10 bagger from where we are now.

'til lift off approaching. I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store... Valuation will be interesting and looking forward to seeing what the appetite is like for N4 as a public listing.... I think there will be lots of interest. N4 is certainly not a one trick pony and I suspect investors will be licking their lips at what is to come over the next couple of years. It's been a frustrating time for shareholders here over the past 6 moths but I suspect that is all to change. Lets all look forward to the new regime. ATB Johno.
