Agree with you totally Addicknt. I lost some on QPP but got out very early compared to some and it could have been a lot worse had I not read TW's spot on analysis of the company and decided to sell. TW is not great as good on bull calls but is VERY good at bear calls. His writing style isn't to everyones taste and I can see why, but ignore him at your peril IMO. Not gloating and do feel sorry to those who have had funds wiped out on this. There is always a way in the market to move on and make money back. The no1 bad man in all of this was RT and we all know where he should be now. GLA

Think there will be quite an appetite for these over the coming weeks. Looking forward to seeing the N4P newsflow coming through. We've such a strong BOD, you don't get much higher quality and experience on AIM. Placing price of 7p, what a chance for new investors to get in at these low levels.

mCap on relist is 5 mill at placing price. My short - mid term target with this was always around 20mill which is an sp of around 28p. Who knows what news we could get though in the near future which could smash the mcap upwards. Look at what happened to FUM, it went from 10-15mcap to 100mill in a matter of months. Pharma goes mental with a sniff of news :))))

Yep I know what you mean. Am dead exited for it to come back but as you say, what's another week?

Names / tickers etc will change automatically with the brokers. LSE will keep this ONZ page and a new one will be created for N4 which will be our new BB. I think on the 1st day of trading it may be difficult for many to buy/sell early in the morning due to the brokers taking too long getting everything in place to deal their end. Some brokers will be better than others....

Yep upon relisting as N4Pharma I think interest is going to be high in this stock. Think this could be one of the most popular stocks this summer :)

Where do we think this is going to open? 1.7? higher? lower?

It doesn't matter how many shares in issue. It's all about how much your share is worth.

I am no expert and stand to be corrected but in simple terms I think special resolution 5 and resolution 4 both are required so that the directors now have permission to pay for N4 by allotting shares and also permission to make all the necessary changes re the share reorganisation that the RTO transaction will require.

CM I know you have a large amount tied up here so it was natural for you to be stressed and frustrated during the suspension. I am sure it will all be worth it and by being in early we will all get our just rewards. ATB.
