Placing will come for sure, but yes, hopefully at much higher levels.

Marketing is the main Q for me at this stage. I think the co’ has recently taken on a marketing / brand manager and there is lots of talk of using social media (obviously cheap marketing). Can’t be solely reliant upon that tho, so i’m interested to know which other marketing channels they’re planning to use.

Anyone know??

And Art... ‘Sanj is out of his depth’ are you having a laugh??? He’s had a major role in taking four of the previous business he’s worked for to successful buy outs. Also major roles with TripAdvisor (you may have heard of them).

Scotsman, seriously c’mon. You cannot compare the last 3ish years of the Asian business to what they are trying to now.

Previously they didn’t have any meaningful money to invest so they just plodded along. They are now fully funded and hitting a completely different market. Apples and oranges.

To be fair the 1st couple of minutes if the video were very faffy as I’m sure Sanj was aware he was under pressure and they have not delivered to expectations so far in Sept. The last 8 or so minutes were IMO very positive. I think he alluded to the fact that he was looking to have much higher numbers of restaurants ready to go on launch date than they have done previously. I think the numbers for London and Manchester will be much better and very soon too.
