RE: Update on Farm In11 Apr 2025 18:20
Their recent extension will push all those deadlines out. It's not January 2026.
I'll also point out that the company only recently engaged new interest in late late March. It's been 2 weeks since then, and there are posters on here saying the company will be posting a farm in RNS "next week". None of these posters understand how the solicitation process works, I'll put it simply, I work for Peter Kewitt and we were in charge of the CNRL site construction in the oil sands industry, a process like this takes month and months, I've seen deals take up to 24 months in some cases.
So when I see posters here with preposterous timelines "next week" or "in a few weeks", I wonder if they smoked a few too many j's out on the island and lost a few brain cells. From my industry contacts, that deal is well down the road. What investors should be looking out for is the permitting for their soil sampling, which has seen 18 month lead times. The company are already 12 months out on this, so I'd expect that to drop in the next 3-6 months. Due to the size of their land package, it will probably take 2-3 months to get this sorted, and then shipping back to the States for lab analysis another 1-1.5 months.
You're looking for lead times on soil sampling completion anywhere 6-10.5 months, alone. Don't listen to these fake posters, they don't have a clue what they are talking about. A cursory glance at their prior posts tells you everything you need know, as they have been woefully ill informed.
This is why you should stay away from the island weed gents.
