And also martinigirl - not that I'm surprised I suppose, you have not bothered to address my point.
As well as stating £5.7m is not enough to last for 8 weeks. Can you provide evidence for this too please, as well as addressing my initial point.
Martinigirl - please direct me to where I said there was a problem. Below is what I post that you presumably referring to.
Only the other day after the first placing martinigirl was lamenting the fact that Canmax were not part of it and what this must tell shareholders. Odd how this individual choses to tale a completely negative spin on the latest placing even though it addresed the previous problem they had.

Marcus - the only people who you describe as "the usual negative crowd" are KODDERs and people like martinigirl and raaydaar who by their own admission are not investors.
Why you or anyone else would listen to anyone like these people is betond me.
The LTH's who are sometimes critical of GR or PREM generally are not "the usual negative crowd". You should be able to distinguish between the 2 distinct groups by now and not confuse them - something you're not currently very good at.
As with a few other, not too sure what to make of the RNS.
Why wasn't it part of the previous raise, as so soon after?
Why do PREM need more money now? Why not wait until the money is needed, at a presumably higher SP, unless GR thinks production won't be achieved in Novmber?
Why give Canmax such a large disount?
Canmax could be showing a show of confidence in PREM by purchasing more shares.
On the other hand, I'm inclinded to go with all those suggesting Canmax want PREM. They have now INCREASED their holding, without getting access to more SC6. Unless they are simply seeing it as a good investment because they are confident in PREM, a takeover is on the cards.
Either way, the SP shouldbe a lot higher soon and I'm more confient the plant will work - but when I am not sure sure.
The biggest worry now is Canmax taking out PREM,with all of it's assets, for peanuts (which will still be I would imagine at a reasonably higher SP than 0.44p, but at a disappoitng SP nevertheless)
Jaguar - I think I'll live. Will continue to post on KOD as long as I'm seeing filturd boxes on here.
Probably long after I've sold up here too. Even if they eventually finalise funding, they will have 2-3 years building a mine, with loads of problems just as PREM have. It's going to be fun seeing how they like it.
Anyway, back to PREM...
Matt - to pick me out rather than all the names I listed shows that you are not being consistant. Somehow I think you are invested only in KOD (which of course is your entitlement), or you would make your comment about everyone.
Standard KODDER response from you. OK on other BB's, but NOT the one you are invested in. That, workshy, is the definition of a hypocrite.
Matt - thanks for your observation.
I assume you did the same to Daz, Laverda, mercedesman, EpicOG, vatian, onlyking, Danners, Hope and quite a number of others over on the other board. Can you direct me to where you did this, as I must have missed it.
Shark - I'm all for reasonable views on both sides. I’m no blind ramper either - I’ve challenged many of this views too over the years and been called a deramper myself because of this.
Scaremongering as we’ve just seen, and have seen from one or 2 others before are well out of order.
Martinigirl - you need filturding now. It’s incredibly disingenuous of you to suggest PREM will be insolvent on 1st November if no sales are made.
There is plenty more headroom to place.
DSO is an option
A sale of PREMs interest in Li3 is an option
A sale of PREMs interest in circum is an option
A sale of Zulu is an option
None of these are good options. But options they are.
Your scaremongering is an absolute disgrace.
gazza - i can't see what daz ha written, but it would appear that i agree with him, and you, on this one.
snowking is full of ****. he has been "buying" prem shares for the coming up to 3 years i have been on this bb. when i arrived he already had billions, apparently. never a tr1 since. but always claiming to be adding.
he's a charlatan.
Raaydaar - I'm surprised you have the audacity to show up here again ater you were owned completely by Acker. Perhaps you think people have forgotten ot newbies won't be aware.
Your comment here today is also wll off the mark. See Roman's reply.
"this one feels so much more secure"!! Good one!! You here all week Wolf with your comedy?
Bernie, Bernie, where are you Bernie? Any news?
Silence...until extension news on the 31st...
Those waiting for 1p will be waiting a long while...
Bagzzz - if you think it's a coin toss, you should be investing here. A coin toss is evens. If you lose here, you may lose most of your money. If PREM get the plant going, you will make many multiples of your investment. So you are getting far, far better odds than the 50/50 chance you say it is. No brainer.
