How many people have being holding off booking a holiday to Portugal until the quarantine was lifted? Very few at this late stage I would have thought.

How do people know how the long the quarantine will be lifted to specific countries for? They don't, could be reinstated in a weeks time!

The above uncertainty is what is now stopping people from booking until things settle down. This summer is a write off now.
