Why at this point in time would anyone enter into a reasonably sized contract with NCYT?

Due diligence would tell them to avoid given the fact that they were in dispute with their biggest Client and it quite possibly centred around warranties according to some on here.

I am sure they would be willing to spunk a few million not knowing why NCYT were in dispute!
