Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
This has all been a mighty con. Whoever has bought Itravel will have paid peanuts leaving tvz with a huge debt and no material business. It will then get wound up as it cannot afford to trade. I'm not gloating I had over 600000 share recommended by Sanlam (then called merchant securities) bought at 21p and 16p when they told me a they where in bid talks and expected 30p per share. I sold them a few weeks ago at 1.2p. That's a huge loss. Behind all this is the old CEO who got kicked out TVZ predominately by Hendersons. He is buddy's with Elleway who between them have cooked up this great plan to get TVZ on the cheap. Not saying wy are crooks but you can all make your own mind up.
I don't know more than any of you guys on this or any other board. If I knew any facts regarding takeovers/ raising money I certainly wouldn't put them on here. Im not that silly. I have never traded these shares, up to 3 weeks ago I had never heard of them. It was only a rumour I heard from a friend of a friend and thought I would share it with you guys/girls to help you. Normally fund raising means the shares price drops.. In this instance they have been fairly stable ( I now do watch these out of interest ) so from that you I guess it could be rubbish.
I will keep you informed whenever I hear anything. Can't give details for obsvious reasons. Once my first prediction/guess/fact comes true you may trust me a tad more. Good luck all, I'm not here to rub you up the wrong way, just want to help !
I find it quite amazing when people can put messages on a board saying ' to my understanding there is no reason for fund raising' when quite clearly a company with a £10 mill market cap and over £110 mill of debt is in dire need of more money. Please don't kid yourselves.
Sorry I have not replied but not been about. Friend of a friend, but trust me very very reliable. Fundraising will be at 2.5p. I'm not a shorter but I am invested, believe me or not, I don't particulary care. Shoot me down if you wish, as long as you hold your hands up and admit I was right when the news comes out.
Don't invest in this pile of c**p. Year after year they have got money from institutions and investors. Yet they still raised money last year, why would anyone invest here? They still have a mkt cap of £15 million and yet turnover only 800 k per year. A share price of .25p would be appropriate I am of the opinion. Someone sold a shed load at 2.3p late Friday. That really shows the faith.
With a mkt cap of less than £300 mill and profits expected to be between £90 and £110 mill mainly due to the tsunami this sell on a a pe of less than 3. Now I'm not an expert but this will rebound, and very quickly. Just the mm's plating games.
