Well the market seems to agree, since J Cheek exit and Miele appointment its been down down to China town.

Technik as the company had transition from R&D / product approval to commercialistion/ sales Miele position as scientific officer was pretty much redundant for the foreseeable.

My guess James Cheek knew this and would have cut cost making Miele redundant.

Gilham hence backed his mate and made Miele CEO/ CSO and getting rid of the man who should have stayed.

Gilham has made a personnal decision instead of the correct company decision.

Totally agree technick i raised my concerns many times about James Cheek leaving and installing a scientist to manage the commercial sales drive. Miele is way way out his remit.
