Intertrader CFDs, why do you think they are being sold ? 72M shares where moved into a Intertrader Nominee account from the IPO placing. ( Nick from DEV explained and confirmed in a recent conversation). The Intertrader CFD are a hedge against the underlying share. When the underlying shares from the nominee account ( IPO investors / traders /spivs) are sold the CFDs are sold.

Mozax you do know that the Intertrader CFDs are a hedge against the actual shares, the CFDs are reduced when the Nominees sell the underlying stock. You do know that ?????

It is based on my conservation with the Company, at the time of the IPO. Certain peeps didnt want their holdings held with Cornhill and elected for their holdings to be transferred to Intertrader Gibraltar. Just over 72M shares were moved to Intertrader. Question Why ??? Transparency ??? Imho the Intertrader holding is made up of the spivs , Professional traders.
And for that reason i believe all 72M will be sold short term.

Mozax imho around 5% of the 30% free float probably went into safe hands. the remaining 25%, 20% with Intertrader probably didnt. Intertrader have around 42M shares remaining 11%, medium term price movement will be determined by the price at which they have marked to sell.
News will be sold into with volume so the SP will remain pretty much unchanged. Its long term ggod news when there is no overhang will see the big movements.

Calamari they are selling because they are not interested in having an investment in the company. Never have been, only interest is making a fast buck at the expense of the company and shareholders. They are professional traders.

There was virtually no volume in the first 3 months from the IPO.

IPO sellers started selling in large volumes from 7p

raaydaar many of the IPO placees elected to have there holdings placed with Intertrader i was told this by Nick CFO.

Around 73 million shares where placed with Intertrader from the IPO nearly 20% of the total shares in issue.

Its is 100% that Intertrader sellers are from the IPO.

Some of the nominee accounts within intertrader are owned by the sharks from the IPO, thats whose selling.

Intertrader are simply a nominee account, made up of many holders. Not every holder will be selling.
