Zoro, Jeffries and the board where very naive with regards to the IPO. Very many people have made good money on the back of a cheap IPO. Broker conned them and introduced spivs that had no interest in DEV as an investment only to make short term profit.
IMHO when complete 30% of the IPO shares will have been dumped.
Company is making great progress however will not be reflected until IPO spivs are gone.

It’s a mechanism used to hide from non disclosure. If West held the underlying stock in his own name he would have been required to issue a TR1 Each time he crossed a % threshold.

Stocktracker the Intertrader nominees was a way for N West to hide of beyond disclosure.

However there are still 35m shares outstanding in the inter trader nominee account who else is hiding beyond non disclosure through intertrader CFDs

The Intertrader CFD are linked to the underlying shares in the nominee account. The fact that INTERTRADERS recent announcement shows they have sold around 37 million CFDs . IMHO 30 million of these are N West’s linking to his share holding sold.

Stocktracker i glad youve finally come to agree, what im been saying for weeks that intertrader were not clear and continued to offload ( daily trading volume over the past 6 months would have told you)
