Woodstock it’s a little early to say it I isnt selling as educate was only seriously launched 4 weeks ago. It’s market penetration Iforecasted over the next few years that is disappointing.

Educate was the only reason i invested in DEV as you say the low growth forecast as spooked investors and lead to a lower re rating. Imho £5-8M MKT cap is about right.

For that reason I’ve decided to start selling out.

Personally I have very little confidence in Jeffries as a CEO. I don’t think he has the right skill set to drive the business forward as a CEO. Great tech man but a poor CEO. Would like to see him replaced but that never going to happen.

50MA is at 25.1p 50EMA 24.2P 200EMA 20.3P

Gell market values the Company not the MMs, MMs dont give xxxx if its 1p or100p. Imho reason why the SP is @2p is due to the poor growth outlook for Educate.

Kitlow its mostly traders, notice the 184,928 trade, bought on the 30th for 2.38p sold today 2.32p

Weak start with just a few sells , would appear the MMs still have stock to shift

Havent seen this sustained heavy buying for sometime.

Current weakness is profit taking, from 17-27p area. i took some trading profits, while holding core investment. i guess many in the market have done the same.

Mozart In recent interviews Chris Jeffries talked about having been in discussions with a few huge multinational companies around Engage. Imho Dev was probably in talks with Facebook, however decided Lenovo were the right partner. As a partner for Educate in careers absolutely Lenovo.

Same here Barnard, anywhere around mid 3s and I’m off. Market that they are aiming for is a lot lot smaller thought.

Andinio they were my comments last week. Not a great business man. Hopefully TH will fill this role. The rest of the board are bottom draw.

Gell its not the MMs it’s the Peeps who are selling that’s causing the collapse.

The Prospectus and IPO is probably one of the worsed ive seen, handing out cheap shares to scammers.
BOD were nothing shorted of idiots.

woodstock the problem here is that in the prospectus /IPO, 1p shares were dealt out like confetti. there are literally millions and millions of shares and warrants that will hit the market. latest round of selling could be the 11.000,0000 warrants.

Management must have been ****ed when they agreed to such Horrendous terms.
