With AXA Miton and Tinkler probably out free float is around 55% approx 200 million shares

Tinkler was working on a £125 million BID for ESL (100% owner of GWSA) however ESL now only own 49% of GWSA so im guessing any BID would now be in the £70 million range.

The new structure is quite interesting to say the least.

DBAY own 51% of GWSA ESL now own 49% of GWSA (which was wholly owned by ESL)
