It a big myth that SB are a risky investment. They are only as risky as the owner wish’s to make them. You can operate your SB account with no more risk than a share account.

I’ve been using SB for investing for 30 years. Key is disciplined money management. Big advantage obviously is tax free profits.

Whimax when you take a SB you are taken a position in the underlying shares. The shares are purchased on your behalf. However as you don’t actually own the share but have control Over those shares you are not entitled to vote on any resolution. That’s the only thing a SB does allow. All other things such as dividends, demerger entitlements etc you are entitled to as if owning the shares..

I’ve experience this before Manu many years ago. Your % holding in TILS will be mirrored in Stemprimer. Therefore if you hold 1% of TILS through a SB or CFD you will be entitled to 1% of Stemprimer.

Identical to Tiziana TILS before releasing news that got investors attention and liquidity improved 1000 fold. Two more MMs joined TILS last week going from 3 to 5 spreads have narrowed considerably. I expect the same to happen with FAB.
Saying that the RSP quotes are a lot tighter than the visual quotes.
Visual quote a few weeks ago was 100-115 yet I purchased at 104p
