Grimshady with NCYT @ nearly 600p over £400M MKT cap yesterday and GDR @ 90p £50M MKT cap i felt GDR offered good value.

Magsy18 what a load of carp. there has been shed loads of selling, this is why the SP is down from 150p to 90p these past few day. SP went up on nothing so is naturally coming back to the start line.

Apologies approx 11M in total. Approx 6.5M left to forward sell.

SP needs to decrease down to approx 80p to allow for all the extra dilution.

All the Convertible loan notes and options coming back to kick shareholders in the butt.

Agree PEEL possibly forward selling approximately another 11,000,000 shares.

Another 20% dilution to take into consideration.

CuriousM one my reason for selling GDR and moving proceeds into NCYT

Ive held NCYT for sometime.

GDR are very late to the table. 9 months behind NCYT.

And no Revenue generating contracts yet.

That a JB had known buyers for a high percentage of his 61%. Knowing he has enough support and win the vote, he will buy 29% back from these buyers. Everyone’s a winner, JB gets back into Amigo, buyers make a nice profit. ????
