Although it does seem a little odd that they brought in WB to assist with a capital raise and then sell depressing the price.

Making any capital raise at lower prices. diluting their holding.

Unless of cause they are inside on a placing at lower prices. However this is unlikely as insider trading would be called into question.

256k was a UT so buy/sell 120k was SB uncrossing

Griffiths should then have informed SH immediately that priorities and timelines had changed.

Communication has always been an issue with this company.

Hence the SP sits at 9p.

As far as i am aware the Testing kit used is in Country. Currently no companies are testing i Morocco.

SDX is the only company that has been recently testing.

Funding needs to be sorted 2023 as the cash runaway is only until April 2024

Maybe as part of the MOU the Overtaker will be required to fund or partially fund the Testing ?

Would explain the delay.

Buffin the fact that PRD have raised funds 3 times for testing and has yet failed to do so.

Those shares are in retail hands.

Griffiths claims to understand the retail market and will do all he can to look out for Investors interest.

However he fails to do what he claims he will do, instead treats investors with arrogance and contempt.
