Tintook2 check out the volume pre placing there may have been an opportunity to forward sell 30-50 million shares but thats about it. 98% of the placing couldn't have been forward sold.
HE1 need to find an effective trapping seal on their license. There is absolutely no doubt there is a prolific working Helium system at NR. Noble seem confident they have a 10-15m column of free gas at the crest of the Lake beds at Mbelele.
Having researched both Noble and HE1 it’s plainly obvious which BOD are the more professional and more likely to succeed.
Directors in Noble have plenty of skin in the game unlike HE1
IMHO if your looking for a Helium play that has a good chance of becoming a commercial success then Noble over HE1 is the company to invest in.
As i've suspected the majority of the volume has been from shares already available, which to me means most of the placing shares are in sticky hands and the rest are slowly going into sticky hands
