I did some digging DP and found that it is run by The Lind Partners. They specialise in finance for small-medium sized companies in UK, USA, Australia etc.
DP where can I get more information on this relationship with Australian Special Opportunity Fund? Bit confused as to what this means.
Dare I say a Friday RNS?
Yeah, a brief mention of Zim in company fillings, very odd but exciting.
I still haven't had an answer to this... Is the plan to test further to clarify the mineralisation through the site or to concentrate mining on vein hosted areas? I think a plan beyond the current off take agreement and seeing the results with the new machinery will be exciting and good for SP. It would be interesting to hear any further agreements for the REC from Gakara, speculation but it would be interesting to see it go to a non-Chinese plant, Lynas, MP, Energy Fuels or Neo.
Good points Ful and DP. Phalaborwa will be our cash cow.
£192k buy at 20p at 4:24pm yesterday.
Enjoyable comparison of Mcap from GB yesterday, comparing the Mcap of Phalaborwa to Northern Minerals. Also big aspirations with the comparison to Lynas - this will be many moons away.
Also hope to have good news flow towards the End of July as per the call.
Topped up in my ISA and looking forward to the next few years with Rainbow. Gla. JB
I don't think the day to day really matters. RBW as mentioned on the call has an extremely good outlook for 2021,22 and 23. They are at different stages in their maturity and approaching the non-China supply of REE from different angles.
The difference is Rainbow has a clear short term profitable SA plant gypsum stacks and Gakara which is the highest grade deposit in the world. Their average $tonne is higher. I like MKA for its size I agree and as it seems to be more mature than Rainbow. Holding both, I think it is both interesting and useful to compare junior miners in the Rare Earth space.
Good article below, what many don't realise is we are just at the start.

Thanks for the additional info PoD
Ful, there was a mention of possible dilution in Q2, do you feel this won’t occur? What needs to happen in your opion for this not to occur? NdPr increasing or the additional $50m found in the basket through other REEs
Pilot mining is baring fruit now that the mining process has been changed thanks to GB. The target is to ensure that 5,000tpa can be met using a mining process that can be scaled to 10,000tpa - 20,000tpa. For this mining plant to be in situ we are looking towards the end of 2021 (a lot of the machinery has been bought), this should allow for more time for further testing of the mineralisation of the Gakara site. Once this is in situ it will be easily scaleable, this is fundamental to be processing at the capacity stated above. Trust in the BOD and their strategy to lay the groundwork in 2021 for a profitable full scale mine within 2-5 years.
More information on Gakara can be seen below.

Looking through the technical report from Gakara...
"Of the 57 REE targets identified by the TECT analysis, 15 of these overlap and support the mineralisation confirmed in the existing 32 Rainbow deposits already identified. 17 of the existing 32 Rainbow deposits were not identified in the TECT study indicating the importance of using multiple exploration techniques in the ongoing exploration discovery process. The Exploration Target estimated in this report is based on 10 of the 32 of the deposits identified. It is likely that additional growth in the Exploration Target is likely as the exploration activity continues."
Is the plan to test further to clarify the mineralisation through the site or to concentrate mining on vein hosted areas?
Can't wait to add to my position at these discount prices once the ISA allowance comes in, I have full confidence in George to deliver. It will be interesting what comes to fruition with regards to the fundraising in Q2. This does put a spanner in the works with regards to entry point.
Great time to be in the Rare Earth investing industry more news flow each day. Interesting to compare the leaders and growers in the market. It’s going to be interesting how this unfolds.
New to this thread. Currently hold rainbow, energy fuels and pensana. How do the assets compare? What is the down stream strategy? IMO most rare earth companies are in a great market with an obvious demand justification
What is the next logical piece of news we are expecting/waiting for?
Really excited for the Rare Earth processing side of Energy Fuels. It really makes sense both from the processing experience and capital. Compounded on the Rare Earth boom and processing capability supply squeeze.
Jumped on board on Friday, looking forward to seeing where this can go with the Zulu project
