SAUS - if we are able to pay with shares, as it says in the contract, then EDL is not in breach.
If I was AM I would give them the shares and see what happens?
JMT
Aerial - is that a big sell, 17 trade?????
looks like a seller is getting ready for the bounce, buying to sell later.
JMT
And you still believe in the "Tooth Fairy"
a couple of big buys on Friday
Pie in the sky comes to mind when certain posters come calling.
Aerial - yes "A very clear unambiguous statement!"
But have we any idea what this actually entails.
I have been pondering this statement "completed its mobilisation activities" and still cannot fully understand what it means?
Additional machinery?? Diggers/trucks/washer-crusher????
Any Ideas???
won't even tell investors their gross commission margin per tonne.
I may be they want to keep it a secret as it may be different depending on what price they agree for the coal.
Also it could depend on the coal grade
GW - similar to what I wrote, but in more detail.
Saus/GW/etc - Is there anyway we could stick to the point without deviating?
I thought for once we were communicating amongst ourselves????
JMT
Aerial - I don't want to burst the bubble but... I would not call it profit, as out of the payments the BOD have to be paid...
JMT
MN - the new washer/crusher would be bought once EDL know exactly how much coal they can produce and sell.
Would only need one if there is a market to supply more that the current operation can produce.
GW - is that not what the BE of 6KT/M, and the 10KT/M is about?
Saus - we need to know the total of all the contracts they have and the length of time.
From what I remember EDL have about 4/5 contracts to deliver coal and this adds up to over 12KT/M.
RNS - the partner will purchase a minimum of 3,000 tonnes of washed coal per month
I make a 4 month payment of approx US$210K (3K tons/Month * 4 months (sept - Dec) * US$ 17.5 per ton)
So US$210K * 3 gives Approx US$630K per year
These reversals are happening far to often...
someone playing about with this...
Aerial - nice to know
Aerial/GW,
I think AM was talking about the October - December rainy season.
FEB RNS - The region is experiencing one of its wettest "rainy" seasons in many years.
As the March - May really heavy rainy season had not yet started.
AND so it goes again - Reversal for - 11:41:38 0.04299 2,297,790
Aerial - true we do not know the price it was per ton, but with the statement on the 26th August RNS
"MarTek's purchase price for Rukwa coal, is the highest EITL has achieved to date and should provide the Company with a healthy margin on tonnes sold."
It had been mentioned the profit was in the region of US$10 - US$25, this was a year or so ago.
