Aerial, it has come to the point where a choice has to be taken, and I know, like a number of others, I have not made my mind up.

BUT, I do not think all the PAIN should fall on the Share Holders, some MUST pe taken by the BOD, in some format.

Maybe all the shares held by the BOD et al along with all options and any other shares lined up for them should also be scrapped?

This would account for about 50M shares, half of what Lind want?

Also NO MORE options/salary increases/share issue until the SP reaches 1p?

RS - has always been too optimistic in his RNS's, with installations and production amounts.

Yes he has a coal mining and production plant, but at what cost?

Now he has put forward a Lind Partners Convertible Loan Facility, which I am not sure is a good deal.

I am under the opinion that they increased their salary this year and what I am saying is "DID THEY DESERVE IT"

If so why and if not "WHY did they increased their remuneration????

LG - the last thing we want is to keep issuing more and more shares.

Why does RS et al not reduce their salaries until they really warrant a rise????

And the LESS than 30% of the company...

I struck me that RS et al could be thinking of a possible share issue to pay back some of the monthly $45K??????

I would have thought paying a 20% upfront charge and then 3% per month for paying the loan back in cash would be enough?

This seems a pretty hefty charge. Then on top they want approx 7% of the company?????

Maybe RS meant "as reported in the press", which would make sense.

But it makes you wonder if there is any checking of the RNS contents before it is send out????
