I think the last guy who left is selling part of his holding. People who leave a company should still announce share dealings upto 6 months after leaving. This sp should be 7p+ now.
Cash in bank has gone back up to 5million covering the last dividend payment a few months ago.
The board is very pleased to announce..
Proceeds used to connect 5 existing wells to sales line and to drill 2 new wells (Phase I) to deliver first gas and up to $1m of annual operating cashflow within 6 months of listing and NAV of over $30m by end of year 1. http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/RGM/13379034.html
I'm not sure monrev. One thing in the accounts for Synergis Capital Business review it says the business has achieved steady success during the year with Fintech related development... These are the first set of accounts and performed inline with expectations.
Do you have a link to these accounts
I know Curzon has started producing small amounts of gas and is going to get faster flows as time goes on. I have just seen these flare photos from the curzon wells web site. These wells can flow for over 10 years. Share price is cheap. 72 million shares in issue and 6 million market cap. http://www.curzonenergy.com/media/gallery/coos-bay
Briarbank - I dont know much about this share only that they have a fair chunk of Curzon Energy shares. Curzon has just started producing gas. There is a gas flaring photo in the gallery. http://www.curzonenergy.com/media/gallery/coos-bay It might be worth holding just for this. The only thing is I dont know the running costs of Regency Mines.
Looks like we could have hit support and now rising on expected good update.
I expect another divi to be paid , making that 2 for the year. That should increase the share price nicely. No Debts. Good increasing profits and paying dividends.
Board appointment.
Lots of work already done and almost ready for gas sales. From the Curzon Energy Prospectus. The five wells to be re-entered during Phase I are located on the Rayonier property, already drilled and completed and have oversized drill pads to accommodate possible offset wells in the future. They are accessibleby 8 kilometres of previously constructed road, have PC pumps and motors and are connected to new natural gas generators, water gas separators and 12,500-gallon water tanks at each site. The wells are already connected to an installed underground gathering system that connects the five wells to a connection point selected by the local pipeline operator. At the connection point a compressor will be installed and the final 15 meters of pipe will tie the fivewells into the pipeline. An existing water disposal permit will be used for the produced water and prior to putting the wells in production they will be cleaned out of any residual sand, coal fines and scale to enhance production.
