I don't think it would have got all the way to a high court case and a ruling in VAST's favour if the diamonds didn't exist, of course they exist, RNS on its way IMO

ZIM are chairing the Kimberley Process right which is happening right now, could be a great time for VAST to unleash their RNS

I am presuming how it would unfold is they release an RNS saying they have the diamonds, then they will drop an RNS saying how much they are worth, then they will release an RNS saying they have sold them, they an RNS saying they have paid their debts, then an RNS confirming that they are going to be getting the mine in ZIM back in operation, it could be a long supply of positive RNS' IMO. But, i was wondering if they are obliged to release that they have them in their position

Would VAST likely RNS once they have the diamonds in their possession, or when they have sold them and reveal the money they got?

Currently on the sidelines, tempted to invest here but going to wait to see how it goes, may jump in if it gets below 2p

I am convinced that VAST will soon receive its rightfully held diamonds from ZIM. One can only speculate when this will happen, but by all reports, VAST is well on its way to reclaiming those diamonds. Everything was supposed to be finished by mid-September (which may or may not be entirely accurate on that day). However, due to the country's elections, it was slightly delayed, and it is now approaching two months; therefore, if it was almost finalised at the time, I would anticipate it to be finalised this month, IMO. The diamonds will pay off debts and allow the country to restart operations at the Zimbawbe mine. According to my interactions with AP, mine is pretty well ready to go in terms of revenue; it only needs the essentials to get started. Finally, BP is looking quite promising, as is Tajikistan. Personally, I believe we will see 2p in the near future. I wouldn't be surprised to see 5p, 10p+ if everything goes as planned, which I believe it will once these diamonds arrive!

Personally I think when diamonds land this will be 2p+. Focus then will turn to actually mining again in ZIM which will be huge for VAST. Apart from the basics of getting everything going, that mine is pretty much good to go from a revenue perspective not like it is starting from scratch. Plus with BP looking very positive and Tajikistan, could see this getting back above the 5p, 10p levels

Vast diamonds deal to sail through after RBZ action

Resources outfit, Vast Resources says it expects to finalise its mining agreement on the Community Diamond Concession in Marange after the release of its parcel being held by the central bank.

The 129 400 carats diamonds parcel has been held at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for the past 12 years after Vast surrendered them over claims it had exploited them on claims previously owned by De Beers.

Then given that a mining agreement is likely around the corner, debt cleared and profits incoming from BP, surely it would just keep on rising IMO

Also, I read earlier that the company expects the mining agreement in ZIM to sail through once the diamonds are sorted, that will be a game changer

Yes they are

RNS is all good imo, diamonds are still coming, high court order in VAST's favour. Matter of time and this will pop.

Could see it going back to 2p imo given the hype surrounding it which will likely fade fast once this does not go up quite as fast as people expect

I think if all goes to plan with diamonds and BP profit RNS's we could easily be above 2p in the short term
