Looks like that's all of those .495 buys gone and the first full ask price at .5p just gone through. A small trade but IMO indicates that the ask price is being pressured. Need to see the bid tick up when the ask does.
It's one of the few smallies on here with so many positives. No debt, drills planned for the next few months and possibly a joint venture on an exciting prospect in SE Asia. This should tick the box for many punters/investors as there should be a frenzy pre spud and while the drill bit turns to keep the punters interested. Investors will stick around to see the drills complete and hopefully be rewarded with at least one of the three being a success. If you look at past unexplained spikes on the sp this flies very quickly and with little volume. Just think what it will do on a successful drill. The upside far outweighs the downside.
ADVFN showing 2 x 5mil trades after hours @.5p each. One took place yesterday at 1640 and the other was today at 1715. LSE showing 1 x 5mil trade but stating execution was on 27th (yesterday) and quotestream is now showing 1 x 5mil trade on 27th ????? How late are they allowed to be? It was almost obvious that a large trade was being worked yesterday.
Not sure why we've seen this rise but the MM's certainly seemed a bit excited although they seem to have calmed down now. Big spread .5 v .6 and all flatlined on the bid so it looks back to normal for a minute. Just shows how quickly this moves and what will happen when news does hit.
Not sure if I'm reading too much into this but our nomad Cantor Fitz has been all over the place this morning on L2. They are leading the MM's at the moment and they are closing spreads constantly. Do they no something ? This isn't normal movement for Boil.
At least CF had the balls to raise their bid along with their raise of the ask. I have to agree in your thinking that this will take off. Some put off with the amount of shares the company has but most of those are with the major share holders and other long term holders who are holding for a much higher price.
Older, no worries. If you were to ask me if you would profit from buying at today's price my answer would be yes. You seem to have plenty of experience and you'll know that research is far more valuable than a poster who is also a LTH !!!!
Not all of those trades are sells. Look at earlier posts and you will see that people have bought and it's showing as a sell. As for this company it's been on a downward spiral for years punctuated with spikes that always seem to revert back to a price which is in reality below the company value. The reason for that has been a constant lack of progression and jumping into bed with partners who have, basically, shafted us. The current situation sees us looking at three drills on three different projects and all three are considered to be good prospects. This is now a forward looking company with something tangible in it's portfolio. History will evidence that when this does get a bit of interest the sp rises quickly (it also falls quickly) and hopefully when it next rises it will be on the kind of news that will maintain the rise. I'm a long term holder here so my opinion is slightly biased. As always do your research etc etc.
