The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
I dont think this is a turkey. Its broadly similar concentrations to the holes 5 and 6 drilled form the same location.
I think they may have been aiming for some gold in that area.... which they have picked up in 2 locations. Is it enough? Dont know, and maybe we will get an early podcast to fill in the details.
Lol Lucky..... dont judge a book by its cover... just because they say they will go.... dosnt mean they will.
I've never heard of a cash rich explorer, with a world class team, expanding a world class find in a stable jurisdiction, where it seems they are finding porhyrys like pennies dropped at a wedding........ of going bust. But I've read lots of muppets that think it's clever to type such one liners. Each to their own I suppose.
Cela, 2 very different basis of valuation.
Jubilee based upon future revenue streams, so a representative market cap will (eventually) be factored against year on year Ebitda as reflection of Earnings potential..... often a mismatch between value attributed in early operations....but confidence should improve as Jubilee continue to demonstrate efficient handling of their multiple assets.
Xtr are looking to sell a worked up exploration asset for many 100's of millions... and when they do, their market cap will reflect that.
Notice how I didn't need mention shareprice or number of shares? If both companies execute their business model.... the company value will reflect their success.
There is something about the steel industry demand that makes me think that we wont see any great spike in prices.... The shift in economy doesnt have the same jump in steel demand as it does for other metals.
Vanadium and Ti02 both look to have expanding markets though.... so increased commodity prices look to be coming our way.
I think on all 3 the PEA was conservative though.
Thats another small £500 added to my ISA..... lets hope its worth £5k this time next year, then we will know we have backed an absolute cracker.
As they say at Tesco.......every little helps
That said..... if there is going to be a DFS released along with other significant news, they would be best starting the promotion train early..... im sure there are people who had JAN on their watchlist after the PEA but arent even thinking about us at the moment.
My thoughts anyway....
That's what I have my fingers crossed for Dcat ... the DFS RNS including good information on timings/updates for the trial plant.....
Some companies give out such info over a number of separate newsbitez.... but im wondering whether the biggest stir would be caused by announcing multiple developments at once.
Exciting run up to Christmas
I agree, I'm not scared of a little more dilution.... we can clearly see where the money goes and the added value thereof.... an extra 1million spent on an increased scope phase 3 drilling campaign will be paid back in value many times imo....
For timings of a raise though.... id prefer it to follow start of Manica production and model update as those will both cement the company's position an the position of Bushranger in the eyes of larger investors.....
Follow the mantra of when my parents used to go to the bank manager for a loan.... in the old days you only got a good value when you went with evidence that you didn't NEED one.
IWTO - If you look back to the RNS for the IP surveys, there is a spread out to the east around 2/3rds of the way up the original Racecourse ...... It was discussed in some of the interviews around the time (cant remember if it was discussed in the technical model review) and then it hadnt been mentioned since.....
Im guessing now they've hit the jackpot to the SE, it time to do the same to the North East.
EU.......
"The treasury is ample for all we have to do"
He did say this right at the end.........
Also id say, he has suggested in this interview that they wont be sending off the >2mt message until they have a better idea of what they have from these 3 areas..... So there has to be a 3rd phase drilling campaign set out and started to do that. Maybe the delays in the Assay results have helped us in this regard.... otherwise we would be holding all the information and there would be criticism of market sensitive information being held back. This way we can arguably now say that the story is under development.
Still wouldnt mind the model review (without assays) but I am happy not getting the 2Mt announcement for a while..... What are everyone else thoughts on this?
Now testing to the extreme North and East...... So is that the anomoly to the east that they seemed to go quiet on?
Love the story being something that you can follow like this. Keep the story coming Colin and keep drilling.
What a finish to the week..... announcement of a new Porphyry system on the thursday ......
Imagine if Friday announced a model review that shows that the original Racecourse alone is greater than 500mt of rock.... AA wont know what way to jump to offer a "reasonable" sum for this now......
Keep drilling Colin.....im hoovering down the back of the Sofa to get some cash to help you with that.
