Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
I would suggest there is very little interest in Scirocco's 25% of Ruvuma.
Reason, because the lack of progression being made on all fronts over at Aminex suggests it is quite plausible it won't even happen. Noone wants such huge risk and uncertainty.
Hi Steve,
We meet again, albeit in a share a bit more exciting than Scirocco!
I am keeping a close eye on this one, probably being over cautious though as it's my last roll of the dice after getting all others incredibly wrong!
Good luck all, I will most likely be on board soon.
And no one can blame you Seawolf, after exiting Scirocco at considerable loss I am considering the same here also.
Any optimism I once had for this share over the past 5 years has dwindled to basically nothing now, and like you, I don't think anything will happen for a long time.
I wish you all the best in your new investment.
Absolutely, although it falls under a different minister and department, it's exceptional how fast they have progressed.
I thought Ruvuma was of huge national significance in Tanzania, so what is the main sticking point is the big question!
Great weekend all.
Well they are proving every day that it can be done in Tanzania.
It is like night and day between the two companies, excitement, great comms, an engaging CEO and they are full steam ahead!
What are your predictions over there CP if they strike significant resources?
Hey cp, hope you are well.
Whilst of course the growth of our small share in he1 will be fantastic, the interest in this share now is dead and people are trading he1 directly...do you blame them.
There is little to no confidence in this board now, even with a substantial windfall such as the Ruvuma sale (unlikely this side of Christmas) or he1 going through the roof, people would be concerned where that money goes imo.
I have written this dog off, we were promised a transformational year....over half way through and we sit below 1p!
They have burned a ton of cash and wasted a lot of time, and confidence won't return here.
All only my opinion of course.
Why ask for work to me done in the first place, considering they are self proclaimed, vastly experienced and competent board.
They have changed the strategy to an industry they know next to nothing about I guess.
Not to mention us shareholders most likely paying for their nice share tie ups in other companies!
Why don't they try buying some here themselves!
He didn't mention it AA because it isn't worth mentioning.
The income generated from the new deal won't even cover their golf lessons.
The share price reaction and the amount of trades per day tells us all there is to know.
I really think they should stick to trying to recover this atrocious share price, rather than wasting time commenting on rumours!
My thoughts exactly, why would anyone take that huge risk when we have not yet got the green light to go.
Scirocco will not offload anytime soon.
My view on yesterdays news, for what it's worth.
We have the tender in for the 3D seismic, but this will now be delayed, obviously having a knock on effect for the rest of the work programme. I always believed that Aminex could not afford anymore delay, and yet we have one.
We still await licenses, receivables owed (still being argued over!!), and Kiliwani still not resolved therefore denying us any income whilst we wait for any green light to proceed. Will Kiliwani ever be brought back online?
I was under the impression that ARA had a fantastic relationship with the Tanzanian government and most thought that this would speed up the process, so whether the delay is their own judgement remains to be seen, but I see little improvement from what has theoretically been a load of in country noise that Tanzania is a better place to do business.
We keep the lights on until June, less than a year , and then what?
I am strongly of the opinion that progress at this moment in time is worth way more than a resource upgrade, and even one ticked box from the above will show us that the government means they mean business, after all they did approve the farm out.
I expected last minute, but 16:29 is taking the biscuit...
I seriously hope not, the slightest sniff of anymore delay in that RNS and this will unfortunately fall like a pack of cards, why seriously does it have to be last minute every single time.
Board, give a quick call to the board over at Helium1, ask for some tips on how to progress a project in Tanzania.
Genuinely surprised not to see even a small tick up on the back of HE1 price.
How I wish I went with HE1 rather than being in here, hindsight hey!!!
Let's hope we see a rise off the back of the HE1 price.
