Preds, I get really p'd off when I lose money and it happens regularly, but I don't go on a chat board to give grief to other people and blame them. The only ones to suffer is her indoors and the kids when I say things like "Right cancel that holiday next week, The cruise is off, You'll have to pay for your own driving lessons, No new cars for anyone, but we have a laugh about it and get on with it.
I usually have anything upto 12 transactions a day on here and they don't all come up trumps.

There are some on here suggesting that not all are invested, but I am for the third time and despite being the impatient type, I am happy to hold. It's not a lot, but enough I think.

I've just checked again - it hit a high of 26.99 at 8.00am on 5th july but it did hold up there for long

Disagree with you Putney, I'm happy to tell when I make money and happy to tell when I lose money, I've lost money today and my portfolio looks a bit s**t at the moment although I did have a tidy up cutting losses recently.

Chancers, I've done too much loss cutting recently, being as impatient as I am, I'm down 8% on £15k here but have decided to hang on in there.
I can relate to what you said earlier about going on holiday, a similar thing happened to me a few weeks ago when I went to trim some hedges in the garden for about 4 hours which ended up costing me £2000
