If you look at the satellite view and floor plan it comes with a good wedge shaped plot. My intention would be to enlarge the kitchen into the existing garage, convert the loft into 2 large ensuite bedrooms, extend the driveway across the front of the property into the side garden and build a large double/treble garage at the back end of the side garden plus many more alterations
