I had never thought of this before:-

Why are so many of Europe's leaders childless? Macron, Merkel, May, Holland's Rutte, Scotland's Sturgeon & Juncker, president of the European Commission. Sweden's PM Lofven has none.The PM of Luxembourg is also childless as is Varadka the PM of Ireland. None of these political leaders have a genetic stake in the future of Europe. They do not seem touched by the difficulties that inviting an endless flow of humanity to have free access to western Europe is bringing to our nations.Millions upon millions gave their lives so that we may live in freedom. We should always remember them. Who studies our history anymore, especially people like Dowding?

They always look in the wrong place, easy prey, target the ones working. They would be more successful looking in any high street during the working day, they would catch thousands or more just wondering about
It's a bit like the HMRC chasing working individuals who have underpaid £10 tax in the year instead of going after the likes of Amazon, Apple and Google etc etc.

Pretty rough week all round, no doubt a few portfolios have had a good hammering, mine certainly has, roll on next week and hopefully in the other direction.

I'm going to view 2 houses this afternoon at 2pm so hopefully it won't all crash while i'm out

SEE has fought back well today

QLT does seem to have levelled off for the last couple of hours

I'm tempted to put £40k on Qlt on my other account

another 50 points down on the FTSE today

I might buy some more QLT at this rate

By the time your sipp is ready Chancer, hopefully there will be plenty of low price bargains, the way QLT is going at the moment, that could be one

Another £1000 has drifted off my PF value this morning so far

There's only about 3 FTSE100 companies above 1% up today
