Strange now how all our chocolate bars taste like they used to in Europe 10-20 years ago. I remember buying and eating Mars bars in Spain years ago and they tasted rubbish, now ours taste like the same rubbish - lol

I don't think anyone was running their credit control dept. properly, hence the bad debts. That dept will be the first place for massive improvement, which has probably been installed already.
Debts don't always have to be written off, there are plenty of debt buying agencies out there, who they can sell their existing debts to.
I'm sure this company will only get better from here on
