Following yesterdays posts, I decided to sit back and just observe for a while. That was until I was reminded of something I had overlooked.That reminder was Crazytowners post @ 00:07 today.

As we go through life, we all learn to deal with disappointment, i,e, letdowns. Whether that be in your personal life or your professional one, and usually we just deal with it and move on. But when we are faced with Repetitious letdowns, then thats brings a new dynamic into play. That dynamic is then activated when your breaking point is triggered. We all have a breaking point, just at different horizons.

As you have noticed, I arrived at my breaking point here sometime ago, and I now see others arriving too.
If you have been here for many years, not only are you a LTH, but you have also been a long term supporter of RY, as I have been for 10 yrs. Over that time period we tend only to focus on RY, and yes, he is the CEO and the buck stops with him, but lets not forget, Robert Schafer is the Chairman of the board, he also has duties and responsibilities, so on reflection, I have to lay some of the blame at his door too.

My 2 following posts, with links, are a must read if you feel any angst towards RY. They adequately describe the responsibilities of both, CEO and Chairman, and imo, they have both failed in their fiduciary duties.

I think we should just agree to disagree, but,,,,,,,"solutions to the problems you raise." lie at the door of RY.
I ask only one thing of RY, do what you say you will do, don't promise what you can't or won't deliver, or at least give reasons for missing self imposed deadlines.

I have been here ten years now, so waiting is what i'm used to here and I have always been prepared to wait till the fat lady sings,but don't keep advertising the concert is next week, only to keep cancelling the event without notice.

Not quite sure what you mean by the word "creative" because it sounds like a substitute for lie/mislead.
If RY had been honest, transparent, upfront and a better commentator, maybe many would not have lost here or been tied in for so long.

"For example if we had shall we say a less creative Ceo how would the Crede and Riverfort shares be shifted? What position as Pi's would we now be in?"

If we had a more savvy CEO, could we have done better than Crede and Riverfort ? Remember, RY called Crede, a long term investor, either he is extremely naive or he was trying to mislead us.

"What affect on the Sp would causing a stir re RY have? Who would take his place and do a better job?"

What affect would it have on the sp if RY was replaced by someone of the calibre of these guy's ?

I respect your choice to give him till mid October, but what then ? He still has 2 weeks to pull Jessica Rabbit from the hat, not much time difference between then and your mid October, but it's just my view, as this is yours.

Last para in pt1 should read,,,

Absolutely correct, he would become indefensible in every way possible, should September pass without all his promises, and that does include the issue he keeps avoiding, PFS numbers.

I am hoping that I have wasted my time today putting this together, and Rocking Robin, rocks up and delivers, because if not, then all the aforementioned was to mislead each and every one of us.

So, to finish on a hopeful note.
May, Monday morning bring a bright and sunny day and @ 07:00 a bright and shiny RNS, full all the things we desire and the sp shoots to the stars, and Robin is our hero.

This post is purely my view and opinion as I see things today. Monday 17th is another day and my view on some issues could change. I have no issues with any fellow investors or your views, whether for or against mine.

Some very interesting posts yesterday. It seems I am not alone in losing patience with RY's anticlimactic rhetoric, where expectations are raised and built-up to a crescendo until the expected exciting and positive conclusion is derailed by a dull, disappointing, or non-event. I have said many times,
You can only mislead investors for so long.

To follow blindly, is to blindy follow. To do so is reckless and foolish.

Many of you have highlighted, promised issues not fulfilled, delivered or just discarded without explanation.

"RY had stated something along the lines of getting the PFS out last December or his wife would kill him"

"We also never received the audited operational blueprint promised back in 2015."

"When's the PFS out?"
"We have a media week in September." This answer is a complete insult and display of utter disdain to all shareholders.

"Let's not let Gazzard off the hook so easy here, he was terrible in that interview and also said the PFS was a few months away back then." that was February.

Many months ago we were told the PFS would be a living document, this did not happen, so without explanation, it can only be seen as a lie. i,e, a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive.

A few weeks back he said, executive summary, including unaudited PFS numbers would be produced in very near future. That timeframe has passed and the exec summary not mentioned again.

Very recently he used the word "imminent" to describe the arrival of the PFS. Again, timeframe has passed.

The company always says, only listen to official news from the company. Any public comment from RY, whether it be, implied, hinted at, lead to believe and so on, is an official comment, he is the top official.
That said, many people will invest money, based on information provided by the company. To then not do what he says is tantamount to, at best misleading. at worst, an out right lie.

We seem to have quite a large file of very similar rhetoric, going back for quite a long time.
Rhetoric ("language designed to have a persuasive or impressive effect on its audience, but often regarded as lacking in sincerity or meaningful content.") very apt description for RY.

"Only an absolute mad-man would talk up a media week with significant news and a PFS and then NOT deliver on their promise."

This comment is resonating stronger by the day, the absence of a date for the alleged media week in not helping.

Including my own post earlier, the word untenable was used for a second time, by Crazytowner, that was followed by these remarks from Maybach, which I believe are way to flippant and dismissive.

"How is robins position going to become 'untenable '?"
"Or will you be calling an EGM and using your voting rights to remove him?"

"The company said subsea work on the production system at the Lancaster field has been completed. It means the major engineering work has been done before the winter, when conditions make it much more difficult."

Had this statement been negative as opposed to being positive, i,e, major engineering work had not been completed, the spivs would have grasped that opportunity and bludgeoned the sp.

Never a level playing, lies before us, the adjudicators (spivs) will always see to that.

"Really disappointed with this constant drifting of the share price between news!"

You can blame the, day trading, penny pinching, fast buck, couldn't give a phuk merchants, they'll be off doing no good to other shares, then back here. Rince 'N' Repeat.

Lets hope that your point 3, is not the significant and only news we get, that would be like, getting pepper sprayed, whilst being futtbucked by an elephant.

It's a shame we can't say the same for RY's reputation,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, (just yet)

I know that many of you think my comments are harsh, but it is in his hands to prove me wrong,,,,,,,,,,,,,and how I hope he does, cus I will be the first to put my hands up.

Until this point, RY has alluded that eminent success lay just around the corner; now, absent any news, a wave of despair descended over me like a blanket of morning fog.
In fact, I now look at him in quiet despair.

I now find myself in a complete state of profound incredulity.

I say this because, I fail to understand how no date has been set for an unprecedented event in the companies history, that is due to take place within days. The company website still states, Dates Being Finalised.
Will it happen? will it just get dropped on us, the day of the event ? or, is he doing the event behind closed doors, then inform us ?,,,,,,,,,,, nah, he wouldn't, would he ?

This is imo, not the actions of an investor friendly CEO, I don't question his standing as a geologist, but I certainly do as a CEO.
