A moot point regards update, RY has never been one to regularly update long suffering shareholders. We should have received a number of updates by now, but it seems the mushroom communications policy is still in force.

WRT the PFS, well if he stays true to form we will see the doc after Q1, but if he goes against history on promises and actually delivers in Q1, then I would expect it on 29th March, that's the last trading day of Q1.
Any time before that is a bonus

It's best to calm ones expectations given recent history, that way we don't get too disappointed.

The use of the word "finalising" and not negotiating, suggests it's a done deal.

This seems to be a statement of fact, should this statement be incorrect, the company would be obliged to say so, as its price sensitive material.
Let hope we get no RNS contradicting said statement.
