Having read the RNS multiple times, I believe that NCM will acquire a 75% stake in all said areas for the sum stated and not have to buy or purchase the remaining 24% to get 75%.

I would have liked it to have a bit more meat on the bone for us, but we are where we are.
It derisks GGP exponentially and fast tracks wealth creation for investors.
