I though it was being audited, when will this man be honest with us ?

Taking a good kicking over past few days, these global trade stand offs are not helping.

but, if the somebody who knows isn't the somebody who tells, and the somebody who tells, knows nothing, then what, ;-)

Either way, he should officially update, re PFS, this none communication and uncertainty is definitely not helping the sp.

As I have stated, the PFS is a very important and critical document.

Whatever your viewpoint, RY needs to update shareholders to it's current situation, we have a right to know.
What I don't get, is this complete lack of formal news to it's situation, same can be said for the MOU with Jinchuan.

We all say don't get to involved with rumours and speculation, follow the official news from the company, oh yes please,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Official news re PFS Mr Young, please.

I need to find the the info for both dates where we were left to believe delivery of PFS, but he has indicated, end of Q4 2017 and end Q2 2018.

If you believe different, then why did you state this ?

"I’m pizzed off that the PFS might (the emphasis here being on MIGHT) not appear before the end of the month. If it doesn’t, however, I am prepared to accept that it’s for a good reason. I’ll start giving the company a much harder time than I have in the past if the PFS does not appear but now is not the time to throw your toys out the pram.

Why did they say last year that the PFS would be released before the end of 2nd. Q 2018? They said that then because that’s what they believed then. If circumstances change, for example the price of nickel increasing dramatically in the interim, more people knocking on their door in the interim, possibly even the expectation that the Iken/Kubuk zone might be larger than they think with grades higher than they were initially expecting. Any of these things happening are very good reasons for delaying the publication of the PFS. Why not issue an RNS confirming that the PFS will be delayed? They still have 2 weeks to go and as things currently stand they are not in default. Once the months is up, if they haven’t published the PFS or issued an RNS with a revised date, that would be the time to pick up the phone and speak to the company."

For the avoidance of doubt or misunderstanding, this post is regarding communication by RY.

I made a post a few days ago regarding the PFS and the legal definition of False or misleading statements. Many here were quite defensive of RY. Bear in mind, he has twice given expectation times for the release of this highly critical, highly price sensitive document.

If, and I stress, if, the PFS is not going to arrive by end of June, then all I ask of RY, that he has a fiduciary duty to formally inform shareholders that it is infact delayed yet again and WHY?, also when we are likely to see it.

This communication may mitigate a further and usual sp raping by the mm's, as no communication gives them license to do just that. Also, shareholders would accept the delay (tho it would be highly unpalatable) more readily.It would also stop him from being accused of, False or misleading statements

Failure to inform of a further delay, would just show scant regard and utter contempt for shareholders and leave him wide open for criticism. Im sure most, if not all, would find none communication as indefensible.

This is a very critical phase in the companies history, don't ignore your shareholders. You have twice set our expectations for the PFS. Keep us formally informed with regard to this potentially company making document, I have stayed with this for nearly 10 years, it's the least, I and many other LTH deserve.

As you well know, this is the AMC board, all and everything AMC.
If you must peddle other companies, please do it on their respective chat forums.

I and many others here, have zero interest in reading your highly hubris type posts, show a little more humility, you never know, you may become a better person for it.

AMC was a regular in the top 10 most active discussions on the old platform. Since the change, AMC discussion has ceased, yet the man at the top, still refuses to listen and refuses to acknowledge his gargantuan error. They lost a lot of very long term customers. Self preservation must now be his priority. It takes years to build a reputation and he has destroyed it with a signature.
