But I do believe that Dr T will prove more honest and dependable that that Aussie tw*t Fraser.

After Tues’s meeting in London, I had a post on my views taken down on this BB on Wed morning.
Having had another 48 hours to reflect on the spectre of litigation against me, I am going to use published references for all my points, as I don’t want accused of libel or defamation .
I have lost enough of my ‘hard earned’ not to want the Big Boys legal Rottweilers ( source Times, 5/3/20, p39) bankrupting me.
Times , 5/3/20, p41, Thomas Staley is quoted on how JPM had no conflict of interest in trying to place SXX Bonds whilst a subsidiary (Highbridge) shorted SXX heavily. Well answer this :-
1. When did SXX and JPM start discussions on the Bonds?
2. When did Highbridge start their shorting position in SXX?
Oh, Thomas! Must be a coincidence as JPM are an ethical company with Chinese Walls, etc.
Well, (source Times,4/3/20, p39) an in depth piece on the history of JPM with Jeffrey Epstein and Bernie Madoff shows the darker side to JPM. Praise to the Times team of Emily Godsen, Katherine Griffiths and Alastair Osborne for shedding light on a matter that definitely merits further digging.
Source - Times, 5/3/20, p39 - brokers including JPM have shared £16m on this Failure.
Bigger question to the Times team - how much did Highbridge make from shorting SXX? Will make Fraser’s payoff and the above £16m seem modest. And please also investigate other actions of Highbridge in separate dealings where they have made big bucks for their JPM masters.
I am sure if I was to be taken to court, but had a jury composed from the 85000 that I would be acquitted, but this is how BIG BIS operates.
I could say much more on this subject, but not on this BB. I have posted previously on the main reason SXX has reached this sad end, but please do not let Fraser (Times, 4/3/20, p38) blame anyone but himself for this shameful situation.
The BOD will get their pay day at the end of March, and Fraser + Staley can also look forward to another big pay day when they leave AAL having signed a NDA.
I will not post again on this BB in the light of legal issues from calling a spade a spade.

As a loyal local LTH, I voted NO, and am gutted by the outcome.
When you see how well Gina securitised her funding to Fraser, it shows what a s**t job CF did with JPM.
Watch out for JPM securing new “consultancy ££” Bis from AAL in 2020/21, as a thank you from Cutefanny for giving them this “Tier 1 Asset” for a song. Afraid that’s the way BIG BIS operates.

CF has been quick to blame all and sundry for this shambles, but the key fault is this :-
When the schoolboy Staley and CF were discussing with JPM and the1st Bond sale, neither of them read the small print, and should have insisted on a JPM secrecy agreement, and no shorting by other parts of the JPM franchise. NOT DONE.
Result? Well JPM made a half-hearted effort on placing the bonds, knowing that when the market found out this had been unsuccessful, that the SXX share price would tank. Highbridge, a JPM subsidiary had meantime built up an enormous shorting position ( and once the other Vultures got wind of this, they piled in too), meaning that JPM made MILLIONS whilst still ( unbeleiveably) not being sacked immediately by SXX.
That was the start of the project going wrong. I have stated already that JPM had CF’s trousers down right from the start. Out of his depth, and with a useless ‘placeman’ as CFO alongside.
Investment Banker? Change the ‘B’ for a ‘W’.
I hope this question gets answered. Maybe not tomorrow, but hopefully in a Court of Law.

Drillspark - a fair summary, IMHO. Since nothing relating to operations appeared in the RNS, I assume 20kBOPD is progressing nicely. Role on 25/3.

15LIVES - well said. Pwh31 , with limited posts looks like he has a hidden agenda. Above and beyond the Fraser actions, the deal with JPM that let them short SXX whilst trying to sell the Bonds stinks. They made ££millions from that. Should have been sacked on the spot, but instead they are STILL retained as financial advisors. JPM had Fraser’s trousers pulled down right from the start. I hope a full investigation will follow after Tues, but have little faith that either MPs or the FCA will bother. Who cares about 85000 when any election is years away. So sad for the loyal locals who stumped up the ££ to get the show on the road.
I hope Karma will visit CF sooner than later.

Pity about a Keith Clarke if he has resigned. Did he walk or was he pushed? He had “previous” with AAL when both involved at Boulby.
What about John Matthew Patrick Hutton? AKA Baron Hutton of Northern Powerhouse. A failed Labour politico, big pal of ‘Phoney Tony’, but given a cushy peerage for his troubles.
Brought onto the board of SXX for his political networking “skills” - well we have all seen how successful he was in bringing in the Government guarantee to support SXX funding.
Probably most famous for his off the record quote to then BBC journalist Nick Robinson that Gordon Brown would be a “F@@king Disaster” as PM.
Well Hutton has proved similar in his role at SXX.
Nuff said.

5Orrell - my heart goes out to you and your family.
I am retired and live close to Woodsmith. I have an autistic son who I wanted to leave a nest egg to after I am gone. Believed CF at the York SXX AGM’s, and the promise if divis from c 2026 on. Felt I was doing the right thing investing in a great local project, and providing for my lad in the long term.
I too have voted NO for next Tues. As a man of principle, I cannot stomach CF walking into a cushy new job with £7m in his back pocket.
More fool me for placing my trust in these empty false promises. I still sincerely hope that there may be a route that will let me remain a part of this project after next week.
But hey - neither of us have had our messages taken down (yet). Maybe CF is too busy in the crapper to have been on the BB yet.

Black Hopper - very sound summary of where we are and why. I am 1 of the LTH who never foresaw the SP crashing to these levels, but have been able to average down by topping up at these bargain rates.

There are so many questions that the loyal local PI’s would like answered.
For example - the top secret visit by Cutefanny and his fellow Highwaymen to Woodsmith et al last Sept, and the cosy deal hatched afterwards.

Nen2319 - appreciate your post. I have had 3 deleted , 1 on Sat evening, and 2 this morning. This morning’s posts attracted 2 replies each, yet all 6 messages disappeared. Today’s 2 messages were titled CF Spotted, and referred to CF + his Mrs out for Sunday lunch in the locality.
I can assure you there was absolutely no abusive content or foul language, yet someone monitoring this BB decided very quickly to delete the messages and replies.
Smacks of ‘Big Brother’ somewhere behind the scenes.

It appears that if you post any message on this BB that names our CEO in the ‘Subject’ box, no matter how innocent the content, that it gets taken down within 30mins, and that includes any replies posted to the thread in that time.
No doubt he is under real pressure, and is hurt by the reality of “hero to zero”, but should let him plead relief from anyone mentioning the poor little lamb?
It makes it meaningless to express a view if certain parties can censor the message - even if made in fair and balanced language.

AAL placed a quarter page ad in The Times on Sat urging SXX shareholders to vote on 3/3.

Do you remember that Staley had a target included in his “shares performance bonus” of REDUCING the no. of PI’s in favour of II’s.
So it is hardly surprising that CF +TF don’t give a monkey’s if the loyal local PI’s who got this show on the road get shafted with this cosy AAL deal.
