Re your 1125hrs post today, it is common knowledge that a certain poster on this BB called Planted BHA suddenly appeared shortly after Dr T was sacked . Apart from the nonsense about his “truck”, he showed some remarkable insight about FB, etc. In my opinion, Dr T = Planted BHA.
Then , when CA got serious about the Court proceedings, Planted disappeared completely. He always had a good relationship with RB, and I suspect he is indeed now “ advising” CA, and a condition of that deal was that he removed himself from BB posting.
Nobody can be 100% sure on these points, but I would ask you to give it some serious consideration.

Re your 1121hrs post , when RT was ousted by the dodgy BoD, a certain Planted BHA appeared on this BB, and was very prolific with his entries.
When CA started the serious Court proceedings, suddenly Planted disappeared .
Planted BHA and RT are 1 and the same. I guess this silence may well be due to him “ advising”. CA in these interesting new times.

Hi Fever Clucker. - got my ‘4 for 19’ and the extra 40% allocation shares confirmed on my A J Bell Platform on 13/7 and the 60% unused funds was credited back to my account as cash on 19/7.
I think there has been some cashing in by day traders, taking a profit on their £1.355 purchase.
Hopefully today’s stronger rise will continue.

Schlemiel - maybe the same ‘orientals’ behind Kerogen are working behind the scene through SABA?

I believe these 3 events were linked.
The deafening silence since that date by our largest shareholder smells dodgy, as they had Maris and Corbett to voice up their corrupt scheme.

Hi Haggis - re your 0805hrs post, Dr T (aka PlantedBHA) has been totally silent since the latest farrago kicked off. He was always close /friendly with CA, so I would not be at all surprised if he is not currently speaking to CA on their strategy.
The real enemy is Kerogen ( aka Bondholder). Oh - and our inept BOD!

Hi Albie - re your 0907hrs post, Kerogen and their Chinky backers planned to shaft the shareholders, and then buy out the 5% after the dilution. Take it all private, and then let CNOOC use the HUR tax credits to get the Bis for peanuts.
Given the importance of the WOS basin, and BP + Shell both under pressure to change, what better than to have the Chinks on hand to buy them out of all that acreage.
That is why Kerogen have been so silent and sold zero through all this.

Hi Maybeyes, re your 1234hrs post, I think Kerogen have been rumbled for their complicity in this scam. Their silence since their Director resigned in Sept is unusual. The question really is around their position as a Bondholder. The Chinks/CNOOC will not be pleased. They will need to find another way to increase their presence in the NSea, but I think Queen Nicola will be happy they are not accumulating too much “influence” in her backyard.

Everyone will have noted the complete absence recently from this BB of Planted BHA( aka Robert Trice).
I suspect this is linked to him working alongside CA in bringing about today’s news. Hence his recent Trappist position.

Many have expressed surprise over the sudden departure of the Kerogen Director on the HUR. Board last Sept. well maybe that was because the ‘Triad’ had their man ( Maris) coming in as CEO. That distanced Kerogen from the subtle strategy they have been working through over the last 6 months that has now brought us to the High Court rubber stamping this scam. Once Kerogen ( aka The Bondholder) have offered to buy up the 5% of HUR outstanding, then the Bis can be taken private, and (surprise, surprise) CNOOC complete the Chinese Puzzle by “ inheriting” Lancaster.
And please RNSTranslator none of your highly slanted comments. We all know who pays your salary.

CNOOC is a major player in the North Sea, and is ultimately controlled by the Chinese Gov.
Kerogen Capital has a dual office of London and Hong Kong, as well as “ significant” Chinese investment.
Join up the dots :- Kerogen has the Bonds, and is dictating the HUR agenda. Once the High Court has rubber stamped this sham, it will quietly pass to CNOOC at a pittance to what an open takeover would have cost , and killing the PIs in the process.
This is how underhand operators like the Chinese play the system.
Has anyone checked Maris’s previous employer? Who now has the whip hand in their offshore Vietnam interests? Coincidence?

If you look to when he was sacked, you will note how he ‘arrived’ on this BB shortly after.

Hi Alf, and welcome to this BB. The HUR BOD are incompetent, and sit on their hands all day. Foinaven/BP is an interesting situation, but it is beyond the competence levels of our hierarchy to give it a thought.
