They are deliberately vague - The RNS could imply that 100% of oil production has no ceiling hedge - but then again, it could imply that 60% is hedged at a ceiling price.

They are still using the term: ' pre-financing '

If significant good news was coming then the SP would be up - as there are so many involved with the refinancing then info would have leaked.

The refinancing was predicted by some on here over a year ago. Tomorrow will tell its own story.

TLW have estimated that contingent payments from Uganda will bring in circa $15M per year!

TLW spent over $1B on Kenya and sold it for $80M near term :)
