Absolutely I have concerns, but with what's on the table, if GR isn't competent enough someone else will be... I truly believe this is a turnaround opportunity, once the JV is announced, GR will be under much more scrutiny than in the past IMO

1. Is it 81.5p per share and thats the offer?

yea but also bought first thing Friday AM @ 19.5 sold at 26.5 half hour later through AJ bell, loads of my mates have been buying / selling through pretty much all platforms. I actually couldn't sell my IPO shares until today... holding them for whatever the future... whether it be in the ground at 0.5p or in the sky £1. What your saying is not factual tho
