Why are the warrants being issued? I thought there was enough funds for operational costs for the time being? Also why are they not even equal to the current share price. I am presuming these are the chunky sells we keep seeing which take the SP back down after any small spike. A lot of things seem to be happening but the only thing which will make a big difference to the SP is to get mining. Sure the BOD do not read these boards but certainly don't think the Shareholders are on their priority list. Just making sure they are getting a salary and milking this for as long as possible

seems to me that this is deliberately being sold down as soon as any rise. has to be people in the know because the asset is fantastic, but constant manipulation of sp will and is ******* people off to the point that nobody will invest. it’s bent and needs looking into who keeps selling

They need to actually get mining ffs, it’s way over due. Iron ore could fund everything, its shovel ready, but not a shovel in sight. Great way to depress the share price and investors interest…. With the right management this would be absolutely flying!

Why are they issuing so many warrants? The SP rises on news and then traded back down constantly. The BOD need to buy shares to encourage investors. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was 100-1 consolidation with the amount of shares issued

BOD should be banned from starting any other company due to their incompetence. Shareholders should take everything they have to get their investment back, it’s all bent

From reading the RNS they have sold 5 million Denarius shares for 1.5 million and used to pay creditors etc and have 2 million denarius shares left. Is this where the 1p per share comes from per share held? dont think its going to go far

What will that equate to per EUZ share held? Sorry im struggling to follow how this is all divided up between existing shareholders

the logical thing to do would be to mine the shovel ready iron ore which going back a while was almost going to happen according to the then bod. this could have financed other activities and potentially started to generate cash flow and avoid dilution. if this had been the case, this would be flying right now! the bod are to blame, the long term plan has been ****e (or they never had one)

the bod have diluted this so much that nobody is interested anymore. this could have been massive with the right people in charge, they will probably **** this up too, even though it’s still got massive potential
