Bricks were actually an upgrade. We used "old coach house brock" but they do look a lot better than those standard barratt home rubbish..
I personally I'm not interested in doing houses up. To much hassel, never know quite what your gonna find. It took us approx 6months for 150k. Plus you get the VAT back at the end.

I was lucky with TLW I maybe take more risks than I should if I'm honest. But big risk big rewards. I lost 10k once in a company called desire petroleum drilling in Falklands. So I must be crazy to be risking another 13k but I reckon that TLW is in a much better position. Couple of asset sales and a good find and hey presto £2 again. At £1.70 I get 100k profit.. Doing all this to end up with no mortgage.

Back to CINE I do think that will hit £2 this year if all the idiots protesting dont cause a 2and wave. I understand their protesting but people who work at the NHS and put their lives on the line are fuming.!!! I would be.

Next week will be better than this week depending on which companies you pick. Oil should be better this week if OPEC extend, building more of the economy towards a full open.. Ftse still 1100 puts away from pre covid. This looks like a V shaped recovery. This is the time to fill up and be greedy..!!

Yeah some did. We are getting fazed back. I'm up North so just got going really.. This while thing come a such a bad time as I'm on with my 2and self build. Just bought myself another plot and had laid foundations so been on hold for 3 month. Should be underway again this week I'm hoping.
On SIG I see they are planning a fund raising of some sort so I think I'll hang on and see what happens there before I buy. I have a rule that I dont by with these things going as you never know exactly how much they plan to raise and who can take part. But I will watch.??

Really funny actually because the company I work for saint-gobain are just about as big construction supplies as you get. Some of the brands S.G own, British gypsum,jewsons,grahams plumbers, celotex etc are suppliers to SIG I use to work for BG but now work in their glass decision. So I will look further into this. I actually know quite a bit about SIG but never bought them. I do know BG have tried to bring a new plasterboard to the market 2-3 year ago that never took off. Was 3 times price of normal wallboard and think the extra cost was the killer. Really good product but just didn't take off. I know SIG are a massive customer for them.

I think we will break £1 this week imo. Working it up towards 125 ish for opening up day.

A nice £58k whent through on the whistle at 29.9. I suspect a closing short because of opec talks. Let's see what short tracker show in next few days. I suspect some are closing hence the jump to finish on high of the day Friday.

I have seen a number of shares come back after suspension. Some good some bad. But I imagine the price will be on its arse. 50% drop at least.

No good ranging on here, and in fact they didn't sell you something and suspended it an hour later.. They would of sold all week but they got caught out. You make it sound like it's all the same person. They got caught out.!!

Well done on 54p I was watching for the trend line to break at 62. I got 13k at ave.of 70p but absolutely no way on earth I'm I going through all this cxxp to sell half at 108. Far to cheap but each to their own pal. Will be off load 1/4 @ 125 but holding for the divi again. Once this comes back £2+.

Finished on high of the day. Very bullish signal. This will move higher Monday. 26.5 now becomes support, expecting to see midc30's poss 40's next week dependant on increase in Brent.

Sells been mopped up here. 10m sells but just keep getting taken up. See this going higher. Dont know who is selling but I suspect is the day traders leaving with there quick 8%. But real investors surely not selling here, far to early. I guarantee this will be £1+ on build up to open. The best bit yet to come.!!
