I didn't sell when it was about 920p this morning, wonder if I'll regret that. Odd that it's dropping off now.

"Whats the plan if it goes up on the results?" Be annoyed at myself. :)

I bought a small tranche back in May at 823p intended a a quick trade looking for a recovery to c1000p but it didn't quite get there and I ended up holding well into a loss for a while.
I'll see how it looks tomorrow, I might just hold for a while more.

I might have a go at selling tomorrow before the results, with a view to buying back if it drops post-results.

Trading update on Wednesday.

"Watches of Switzerland Group PLC will announce its Q2 FY23 and H1 FY23 trading update for the 13 and 26 weeks ended 30 October 2022 on Wednesday 9 November 2022."

I'm trying to work out how Paypoint are financing this - looks like it's by issuing new shares. Does that effectively mean dilution for existing PayPoint shareholders?
Can anyone offer a simple explanation of how this takeover works?

Held longer than I realised - since 2013!
If you look at the chart (LSE doesn't even go back that far) it was a nice steady rise till 2018 but has been going nowhere after that.

I've held these for several frustrating years. Had them since 127p and seen them above 500p a few times.
Never thought they'd end up stuck down at these levels.

Is the Burford's sort of thing?

I've noticed Trustpilot appearing in the risers list, price nearly doubled in a couple of weeks.
What's the MV holding now?

I bought my first tranche at 157.5p after the drop, as I figured they had got things sorted out and it should recover.
Anyone who held them before the problems would be rightly annoyed with Yu. They're still a long way from recovering to anywhere near pre-drop levels.
If it hadn't happened in 2018 it would have been an even bigger problem the longer it went on.

Although the FCA dropped the investigation, there were accounting problems that caused the fall.
Yu owned up to them.

I think Cazoo will be gone well before that.
They were supposed to be a disruptor but the conventional dealers they were supposed to be disrupting are posting record profits.
Cinch can do it better as they have the market sewn up via WBAC & BCA.

Is there any chance of MV putting more cash into Cazoo?

I'm of a mind to dump my holding for a big loss.
I just can't see much happening in the near future that would see much of a recovery, and what I have left might be better used somewhere else.

The price was in decline long before that. Ever since he sold his shares if you look at the graph.

Tim must be pleased he sold 4.4m shares at £11.50 last year, just after the placing.

Naked Trader had this on his blog yesterday.
"Excellent results from K3C just pushed the share price up a bit - given profit, dividend hikes, a good outlook and cash in an ordinary market the shares would probably have risen 25%.
Still K3C is one to hold onto and look to buy more once the market heads back up.
In the meantime it goes ex for a very decent dividend shortly.
I suspect big rises for this one when the market turns."

Contract win, some big buys this morning, yet price hasn't even recovered from last few days drop.
Wonder what the likelihood is of RST being taken out by a bid while price stays this low.
