It couldn’t be a stronger sell and individuals saying otherwise want you to buy their shares.

Dilution from the remaining CLN’s
Is now running at 80% of the whole market cap.

This is the highest percentage it has been, hence the term DEATH SPIRAL

They continue to sell for profit, the share price drops and their percentage of the company gets larger

It’s horrific for shareholders

It’s very obvious that something not very pleasant is happening at MODE,

1.5p sounds very unpleasant but I would 100% take that over an unfixed CLN over the next 6 months

Another all time low and the bigger seller hasn’t appeared yet

Under 2p this week which probably means the life saving placing will be below 1.5p

Exactly. And the further the share price drops the bigger the percentage of the company they own, it never ends, they still have £1.4m to convert so now over 50% of the m/cap

It’s win win win for the CLN and lose lose lose for shareholders

I get no pleasure in shareholders losing money. It’s bad news for the whole market

I get pleasure in saving traders/investors money which I’ve certainly do here, it’s dropped a further 50% since I got my head around how poor this funding package MODE have signed up to and unfortunately it’s going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better in my opinion

Even a 1.5p placing is better than this death spiral CLN

It’s only going to get worse.

There’s not many shares on the market that the best thing that could happen to them is a discounted placing to pay of the CLN.

Every day that passes the desperation placing price gets lower, it needs sorting ASAP

It’s Inevitable that MODE will continue to drop whilst it’s being funded via CLN’s.

It’s un-investable or a brilliant short until the CLN has been removed

To pay off the CLN the company will need a placing and in this market what will the placing price be

30% discount at best in my opinion

Whilst shareholders are diluted.

For your interest even though the CLN has been selling for 3 months now. The CLN now owns a bigger percentage of the company than they ever have

1. The CLN continues to sell for profit
2. The share price continues to fall
3. The CLN owns a bigger percentage of the company the more it falls

Avoid at all cost.

£1.4m CLN left. £3m market cap

That’s 50% dilution still. But once the market cap starts dropping again the dilution gets larger

It’s death by a thousand cuts

You can’t win against a death spiral

But it’s uninvestable whilst there’s a CLN death spiral

I wouldn’t buy it at 1.5p if the CLN is still alive

Ay might have been 30% higher than this but they make minimum 9% and you get dilution

Like I said due to the market cap fall the dilution percentage always remains the same.

They have 50% CLN
They dilute
They make money
The share price drops
So they still have 50% dilution compared to new market cap value

And so on and so on

You’ll be diluted and diluted and the CLN will always remain the same percentage

The bid keeps bouncing off 2.5p which is a positive and very interesting

“IF” funding has been agreed at 2.5p then this is the bottom, if the CLN is paid off it will have an excellent 2023

“IF” being the big word

Investors seem to be selling at any opportunity, they’ve either had enough or expecting to get in cheaper

The price will crash to zero
