The company couldn’t be in a worse position regarding funding, stuck between a rock and hard place.
Only have themselves to blame, they agreed the CLN.
Now they just accept the CLN will destroy the share price but will keep the lights on for 6 months or cancel the CLN via a very discounted placing

Successful companies are having to offer 30%plus discounts for placings in this bear market so god knows what discount MODE would have to offer

Still has a huge 11% to sell

I have no insider information just whole lot of experience, The boards lawyers should be looking at JR’s tweets and messages and also the false promises in them

I’ve highlighted MODE for its current weaknesses and been completely correct and the share price has dropped 50%

I highlighted INCE for all its strengths and it’s risen 50%

I’m not the villain. It’s the board who chose the CLN so they could keep rewarding employees

The company is skint hence the CLN. The CLN will drive this down to 1.5p. Only way to avoid this is a placing to pay off the CLN, but the placing will have to be at a huge discount. Probably 1.5p

So what do the board do let it slowly drift to 1.5p or have a placing and an instant drop to 1.5p and then they can let the business grow

In other news I’m 45% up in INCE

So it looks like I was right

Look at the insiders selling at any price possible, they know a very discounted placing is on its way and will get all their shares back at a huge discount

But this will go under 2p with the current funding requirements.

Sell and re-buy at a far cheaper price - it’s a lose lose for shareholders

Must be the worst possible time to get funding for a crypto stock. The board have had ample opportunity beforehand

The board are more interested in keep their employees happy at the detriment of shareholders

They continue to get paid a hefty wage and bonus increased and share options improved

I said 2.5p would be broken this week, once they drop the bid to 2.4p it will be a quick spiral to 2p

Who is going to buy a crypto stock in todays market that is desperate for funding

They should have done it at 12p when they had chance, the only hope for funding now will be a minimum 40% deduction equaling 1.5p
