I saw your earlier posts and your broker responses.
I stick by my thoughts that if nominee A.C holder commitments do not exceed the 5 for 9 then all excess allocations will be satisfied. Should there be requests for additional shares - then I guess there will be a scale back based 1 on the excess on the Coy rules and 2 on the holdings in the nominee account..
we shall see.
