There is of course a possibility that if Next-ChemX did fold CLON could pick up the technology on the cheap but this is too much risk for me, ive sold out today but will monitor, good luck to everyone staying in
You just need to post your username clockman :)
The main risk here seems to be with NEX-ChemX being able to access funding before commercialisation?
Number of shares in issue isnt really relevant, market cap is 8-10 million and thorny river alone could give us 20-30 mill profit per year, for several years with minimum investment needed to start mining, then there is the prospect of what special stones could be found and the potential for the resource to be expanded. In my opinion this will be the first of BOD's prospects to come to fruition but there is a pipeline of others also.
The lack of information on what money is coming in and how many diamonds are being found from mars is frustrating, it would be good to know we are at least generating cash and covering costs before the bigger projects come in, sp is drifting and some selling because of this i think
It could be that either de beers or the botswana government could be our potential partner for ghagoo and other projects or if its another party they may be sitting tight to commit until the debeers situation is resolved, we can only speculate ...
It is a very frustrating wait, deal and permit news appears to be close but we are just getting a few twitter pics, mars production figures would be a start, i think a few are loosing faith a little and the share price has potential to drift downwards if something doesnt come soon
Lostsoul are you invested in bod? Or just vast? Just wondering
Yeah im sure any current backlogs were taken into account with the estimate of beginning to mine in second half and an imminent grant of permit all fits in with that timeframe, happy days everything appears to be coming together nicely
Does anyone know much about the licensing system i did a bit of digging and found a link yesterday to samrad online but id doent work, thought it would have been good to view the application, it says about the system...
SAMRAD ONLINE is the South African Mineral Resources Administration System where the general public can view the locality of applications, rights and permits made or held in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (Act 28 of 2002), (The MPRDA), and where applications in terms thereof can be submitted electronically.
there seems to be a lot of problems with the licensing system and they are looking to replace it, there are various articles online about this, although mostly from a couple of years back, i have copied below a section from one i found in mining weekly
... The DMRE has recently indicated that the processing of 235 mining rights, 2 485 prospecting rights, 1 644 mining permits, 238 Section 11 change of ownership transfers and 724 licence renewals are currently backlogged.
does anyone have any more current information the above is from 2021 but the samrad system doesnt seem to have been replaced yet??
This is from 2019 , got anything recent about Zimbabwe and BOD?
Have done a few searches does appear to be a few articles from jan 23 discussing BOD looking for JV opportunities in Zimbabwe , cant see much solid information, these projects are possibly just entering the pipeline for longer term company expansion??
Im not really too familiar with VAST although im aware their financial situation may have improved this year, also not aware of any specific BOD projects in Zimbabwe that are linked with VAST , i think there is some historical association between the 2 companies and BOD may have felt obliged to offer the ghangoo deal to VAST in the first instance, anyone got and further info or correction to add?
What does it say? they were our original partner (for some reason) to get ganghoo deal off the ground but but had to withdraw because of lack of funds
Hi I’m on jkgameworld121
Yeah definitely agree the next month and ongoing are looking very exciting, this stock is completely off the radar of most investors and held very tightly by a small number of investors, sp movements will be sharp and pronounced on any solid news in my opinion, good luck all got a lot riding on this one!

Echo1 hasnt there been previous information that bod have agreed that EDC expand operations at Mars and also we have seen new equipment appear on site, not 100% sure if the expansion was on twitter or just hearsay? I also wish we knew how much material was there that could potentially be processed but most frustrating at the moment is the lack of figures for what has been retrieved, we are getting some great twitter pics and can assume that a good quantity and quality of diamonds are being recovered but i feel we are becoming well overdue on some concrete figures
Thought id say hi long term holder and lurker on this board, havnt posted before. My thoughts are that the nod has been given some weeks back that thorny river permit is iminent, i think this is the reason that production has been ramped up at Mars, maybe because the equipment will be moved rather than a new setup but they want to get through as much material as possible before the move, what do you all think?
