Im in on this. Just a small holding right enough and currently down 30% ish. I like what they're doing and the take over of Exscientia was a good move. Will take for kind of traction to get the price moving upwards, it's still very early days

Well done it's a great feeling. I'm now 40% up, but about to buy more, starting to raise my average now. Didn't think that would be happening so soon. It's still way undervalued, so here's to many more green days

I enjoy reading all the comments, criticisms and positives. Especially the people who have held their nerve and kept their conviction to this. Nothing great is built over night and without issues.

The SP is still low, while I'm now at break even, I have purchased shares as high as 12p and thought they were a bargain then. This only has positives in my view, hopefully this is the beginning of an upward trend, however I still won't be disheartened to see it drop so I can buy even more at bargain prices.

Thanks for sharing. Reaffirms my thoughts. This is a game for those with a lot of patience. It won't take much for a rise, we saw it the beginning of 24. I for one bought more when it was rising as I thought the price was still cheap then. Go back to that price and I'll now have tripled my investment as I've been averaging down constantly in this amazing dip. Not sure why so many choose to sell while it's so low, makes no sense at all, that's just realising losses.

Another good day of trades, shame the SP declined with such a good number of trades and buys in particular.

Any news on the AGM?

They seem to be getting a lift regardless. A bit of extra publicity could push them back up to a more respectable level. Glad I have been averaging down with the low SP, the past few days are respectable, anything more is just splendid.

I never understand what is driving the SP. BT for example had £28mil buys today and just under £5mil sells, yet the SP dropped 1.8%?

There is progress happening, it's just not going to be over night. I for one am enjoying buying more while the price is so cheap. It still baffles me people bother selling at such a low SP. Their loss.

What are opinions on the video above? Some of the portfolio companies Agronomics holds stakes in a hugely interesting, people get too caught up in the meat and chicken idea. Personally I'm hooked on Liberation Labs and the companies for egg proteins, palm oil, pet food and cocoa/coffee. The potential in these is immense.

At the end of the video it mentions regulator approval for human consumption, hopefully this is well underway - like with most of these companies I don't know what stage they're at, if it's likely to be approved or what sort of time line for each of them.

Hopefully 2025 will bring us positivity and provide assurances we have invested well. I certainly see the positives that a lot of these companies can provide globally, both ethically & socially and environmentally. With growing populations, natural production can't sustain the way it's going.

Look at the history of simple products like Penguin and Club biscuits when the cost of cocoa increased - they started selling products that couldn't be described as chocolate as they'd reduced the content so much. Alternatives are needed.

People need to calm down and take a more pragmatic view. There will always be costs, would you rather people who aren't invested, or who are completely invested? If the latter then what is the problem?

If the SP was 30p northwards these moaners wouldn't be here. Calm down, be patient and believe in your investment. If you can't stomach it, there are plenty other options.

I emailed Agronomics was some assurances on Virtolabs and marketing, to with a received a response within 24hrs with a splendid reply.

Vitrolabs has struggled post covid and so to be as transparent as possible Agronomics wrote them off for the NAV report to be as accurate as possible. They are still in existence however.

There has been a new PR company appointed and a new marketing campaign will begin in 2025.

The Shellbay agreement actually seems like a reasonable deal also. Means no directly employed staff on Agronomics books, so they only pay a fee 50% cash 50% stock only if Agronomics increase in value. A great article explaining this from the Oakman.

Get buying at these low prices folks. They won't stay low forever. I see it as a wonderful opportunity, with some great portfolio companies nearing market.

It is a shame, can this position not be changed as it seems written down more so on thought/possibility than fact. Vitrolabs was one that I was hugely keen on and saw massive potential. Excuse me if I missed it but it didn't mention % stake in Vitrolabs, just stated the value written down to £0.42m, what % stake did Agronomics hold in Vitrolabs?

Thanks I've just found it, assuming it's the one from inky 2 months ago. Going to have a watch. Was very disappointed when it said online temporarily closed as Vitrolabs was one that I was very optimistic about, especially considering Kering funding and support.

I've been very keen on this technology for some time now and knew it was going to be a long process, however, I still find the lack of information from any of the companies, the basic websites they have, which all appear quite similar to each other very strange.

Does anyone know what's happened to Vitrolabs? It says online they're temporarily closed and can't find any information more recent than 2023...

Im exactly the same. All my buys are listed as sells also. Considering the SP was 14p at the beginning of the year it's pretty dismal, however, it's a fabulous opportunity to stock up which I have been doing. I find it infuriating though that buys are listed as sells as it paints an inaccurate picture to potential investors.

It's performance is pathetic. I still hold and madly top up. Just need one good bounce northwards to make it all worth while
