Noteworthy that 2-3m in orders results in a significant % jump - circa 15%. With a share this ridiculously underpriced any real positive news is likely to have a very significant % jump - especially with a key inflection point for our main drug just 6 weeks away.

Drago I think we could head back to your in price fairly rapidly if/when we get a management update. I agree with Filter that there is possibly a lot of money sitting on the sidelines, potentially excited by 002/004 progress & the ERS in 6 weeks time. But they are likely waiting to hear our new management structure & how they intend to get the key licensing deals, before committing.

If someone could deign to inform us how the company intends to run itself - now in week 8 after the announcement - its possible the share price would begin to reflect the ERS situation. Its a disgrace frankly, after every other significant management change there was an almost immediate explanation and/or appointment.

Daily turnover 230 quid - pretty much an all time low. Buyers & sellers all out, news either way will move this significantly. Naturally I am expecting that to be on the upside...

Well its the old age problem with Kissei, that even though the name was released in the Times article wayback, we have not had any official mention & of course for commercial reasons are not going to get one. However as they actually secured regulatory approval in Japan/Korea for tranilast in treating bronchial asthma, they would have been a natural partner for NXP002 - particularly if a deal had only involved North Asian rights.

When I use the phrase 'in play', I am not suggesting there may not have been prior approaches to individual pharma's, but that the act of putting our test results into the public domain at ERS essentially opens us up to approaches from 'anyone'.

So Simon Cruwys likely has had an ongoing business relationship with NFX for at least a couple of years via TherapeutAix. So he is likely well placed to present on NXP002. I wonder if he will be tapped for a more formal role in NFX at some point?

ERS as essentially an academic setting has a lot of marketing advantages to launch our search for a licensing partner. We make our pitch in a neutral academic setting which ensures our results get widely distributed in the academic world & more importantly in the pharma world. This gives us the maximum coverage & opens up the way for interested parties to directly approach us, rather than the other way round, potentially a tactical negotiating advantage. Whatever it means we are going to be 'in play' from September onwards for NXP002, regardless of the future testing schedule.

The intentionally negative subject "Placing @ 0.6p" posted late Tuesday night gives his game away. Best not to respond directly as what he wants is the subject title continually repeated in subsequent posts. He played a similar game with ZIOC recently. I have seen these tactics used before by someone trying to negatively affect sentiment & get a lower entry price.

Good summary of where we stand Soup. We are moving towards the culmination of the all NFX's work as a listed company (& prior as a private company), the final tests are being done and then our 2 key products will be marketed to potential partners. As others have pointed out at present we are priced on our cash & listing shell value, with essentially no value given for our IP. This will surely change as September & the ERS Congress approaches.

The info on the ERS abstracts was very useful, where did you find it?

No I am not forgetting, actually by the time it hit 14p+ the number of shares was above 450 million & now by the time Lanstead is finished it will be around 800 million. I am looking specifically at market cap - if market cap goes from £3m to £60m and the number of shares stays the same - then the shares go up 20x. I am clearly talking approx & I am not expecting the mkt cap to go up 20x any time soon, but if it did and the number of shares stayed the same the share price, arithmetically would also go up 20x.

Now we know Lanstead are selling 5m+ shares into the market every month so the number of shares increases & that lessens the rise per share from a given % but actually not by that much.

If we could get the management structure clearly sorted before ERS Congress I would be hopeful we would start to get some FOMO inflow in August. The % appreciation from todays price, to one where we are getting interest shown in 002 would be extraordinary even by biotech standards. We are now circa £3m mkt cap, in our heyday when we hit 14p we were what circa £60m mkt cap - and now we are further along the testing path. So thats 20x to get back to that level.

Seems earlier upward share price momentum has actually been derailed by the failed pump & dump.

Well from LSE figures, there were 3 big trades totalling 1.57m at 8.01 @0.37, then 3 silly trades totalling 1024 shares to 12.51. After 14.40 there were 9 trades totalling 2.09m. Be interesting to see how this plays out today, real sustainable changes in the share price are going to be event driven not pump/dump driven.

So likely yesterday was the latest 'pump' hence the flurry of afternoon activity, which will shortly be followed by the 'dump'. How many times can this be played out till the 'followers' catch on?

The same twitter poster who 'estimated' £2m cash today, previously 'estimated' £1.6m cash as recently as Thursday.

Its interesting how we get days of frenetic activity (like yesterday) followed by inactivity (like today). Maybe a buyer building a position, sometimes it seems like some of the short term traders jump on board but then momentum quickly fades.

I take heart that not only are they presenting our products in a more positive & optimistic fashion, but they are actually marketing them at a keynote conference. Sadly it just emphasises how we were left to rot for 2 years. Still not much sign of life in the share price. Back in the day, say 3 years ago, the conference news would have added 3-4p to the price.
