Noureddine has had an extensive career in the Moroccan mining industry. As a geologist in the region, he has held a number of senior roles for Moroccan and foreign owned companies including as general manager for operating mines in the industrial minerals sector. Noureddine has also run his own geological and mining services business and he co-founded the Moroccan Association of Mining Companies.

Agree. Overall placing going well, v few available at 1.25 on opening - about 100k before the ask went up, nice amount of 10% rewards and the rest appear to be held for the next update. Probably remaining treasury sold as well so atm looks well managed in this pretty dire overall market.

We don't have detials but just summising, an on going relationship will involve fairly big amounts - being a global player they ain't going to buying 1 ton - and your going to be looking at some modest %, its perfectly possible the co make the mcap in a few deals. Most important, no cash required. Its perfect for an explorer.

I'm primarily here for that at this mcap. Our director is Mr Morocco in the mining world - he co set up the miners association - he knows everyone and thing in the country industry - that's why a global player wants to use him/CMRS. Confirmation of a deal and this will increase. The rest is great potentially but unknown so could be a big bonus, may not but at 600k, the RR is compelling.

People selling at all time low at a big loss clearly need cash isa's which is ok but if you can't take the risk down here, time to look at the aforementioned. GLA

Mms wouldn't take stock from cropper and hold - he sold at 1.8 / 1.7 and its way too illiquid for them. [hence the crash]

In this climate, they hold very little stock - hence shares are volatile atm. Appears to be very limited placees selling.
