in addition, we have a very well respected chairman, a strategic investor who wants in for some reason!!

a trading partnership means that cmrs will be the only junior on the market that will have secured an independent income stream, which in this climate of **** poor funding is a massive tick. a global won't be dealing in kgs - they will be significant deals. as costs are only management time, its bottom line.

this is why its an incredible opp if your willing to wait -esp with 70m shares - that's easy bagger size float, esp at the current £850k mcap. gla

Me, I'm waiting at least of the trading partnership with a global player completed, but given the bargain price to accquire a decent stake, its one I'm going to run. Small float, hold 2% plus, could easily be a Rodney!!

There’s no leak. It’s just the end of the 6 month churn. Many have it on their watch list waiting for the churn to finish. They know it’s woefully undervalued and have started building positions. Traders are always here (see close) but , the EV is still only £4m , there’s a realisation it may be more advantageous to buy and hold. We have the breakthrough technology upside without any regulatory nightmares, 60m shares, 4 years of cash and my old favourite NO WARRANTS 👍

This placing just confirms the very dire capital raising environment that’s been around for a couple of years . However good a technology is, you just have to avoid any company that you know needs cash. It’s brutal; you have to invest in fully funded companies ( 3-4 yrs of cash )

Jeez, just seen polx raise - at 1p. It’s great tech ( but has a hell of long sales lead time) but what a discount.

That’s why many of us impress on the bb the 4 year cash safety net. It’s bloody invaluable in this market- and still peeps sell at 11p. What a fooked up market all round . When you see the best risk reward share on AIM, just sit on your holdings 👈🏻

Important distinction with RUA’s polymeric material is that the polymer is interwoven into fine fabric. The other polymeric HV competitors (read Foldax) created theirs from pure polymer which doesn’t have the amazing properties that RUA’s composite has exhibited in their own tests.

This was an accidental finding to some extent because it came out of the work done to create the surgical textile grafts sealed with Elasteon polymer that are awaiting a clinical trial.

This is the reason they are saying the testing is so good in terms of existing valve materials. I don’t believe that anyone has a lead here but of course it’s all about whether the major looking at the material thinks it has legs in forming heart valves in their own designs using this new material rather than animal tissue. I hope that RUA’s management has been able to make the case adequately.

The market does not trust the BOD will act in the interests of all holders. That's a massive negative. Our only "reward" is the price - if this can be trashed irrespective of the how good the company is - no one will buy.

With an ongoing MTA, it would not be wise for them to buy - they have more integrity than our MPs!!!

Yep, the mm float appears to be 500k - over this the RSP gets silly upwards . It reflects having only 70m shares.

Jesting aside, we have two advan over other bio/lifers [AVCT, SCLP, HEMO etc] There's no question of placings needed and there is no trial and FDA approval needed. This step has killed a fair few and takes ages [which is costly and holder boredom kicks in.]
