Univestable- Orion easily have the funds to do the deal without others or a listed vehicle- so the whole deal is full of smoke and mirrors. Without any clarity, huge risk so , whilst you may make a good chunk, you are risking your whole investment- stick to companies with transparency and USPs - your downside risk is low & upside high. = sleep well at night .

Correct and as can be seen, it doesn't matter as they aren't going to be sold as they have gone to a sticky holder. 700k PI sale absorbed and currently 1.495 for 500k confirms they ain't for sale.

Yes. There are two types of CL. The VWAP priced bucket shop issues that keep a company's lights on / working capital and corporate finance FIXED PRICE CLs that are issued to acquire assets that add value.

We have the latter with a big majority taken by Rothschild. Yes, one small participant flogged his bit for a £5k profit at 1.3 which is disappointing for us and I'm sure DT - he won't be invited back to his network!

Looks like the last CL entrant of 100k maybe out now. Had 25k left at the beginning of the week - with these 2 updates & looking at the sells, he's done imo.

And yesterday RNS, they are all expelled en masse. 👍, converted and placed in an investor who won't dare trade em!!!

rns. this is a real example of decisive action from a high calibre chairman ( don’t forget he co- founded a now £800m listed company - sigmorac,) who doesn’t want “passengers” detracting and interfering with his clear mission on making this potential gem into a £100m company due to being in the right place, right time and with the right network and right team.

Told you DT not impressed by spivs. He’s cleared them out, converted and passed on to proper investors who know they are to a winner . Now the CL overhang has gone completely- the remaining are Rothschilds. Excellent news & a proper pre y/e imminent
