Cheers Cam - don't quite understand why every man and his dog has chucked their towel in - level of investor sophistication is low here at present - alot of posts here are bordering on being infantile - scary they all have money [well alot less now] - no one is looking at the company but what other people are doing - thinking for themselves may serve them better esp at this mcap. -hey-ho, if they didnt sell I wouldn't have been able to get them cheap

Barry - fair play at 8p etc but that was then - no one seems to be capable of assessing the company at this price now - just blind panic - thats how you lose money. With all due respect, your selling up a 25 yr recurring revenue company after a 58% drop for a company that no one knows what it is going to invest in? who seriously think NAV = worth.? The level of stupidity is gobsmacking - COST does not equal VALUE - you bought your house for £5k in 1970 - thats the cost in your personal historic accounts and if you borrowed £1k, your NAV is £4k - Sell your house for £4k? This is basic stuff Gents -

we agreed last night that you were looking at just 1 project - fair enough - but your annual revenue was £750k-1m? How long is the life of the project [I know efficiency drops with time] - 25 years? Any other share on AIM got this type of no effort revenue flow? And you think £528k is fair value [1p] based on your figures

But most AIM shares NAV bear no relation to Mcap. Take WSG for eg - they are recurring rev company - NAV £2.4m - Mcap 9m - and I bet you couldn't realise £2.4m as thats a going concern basis.

when things are quieter, some should reflect on 1 project that gives MAC £750k - 1m per annum for the life of the project - 25 years? If it was an annuity, you would be biting their hand off . Another project coming up in the Autumn - have you seen some of the absolute dross shares on AIM but can't differentiate between them and a long term recurring revenue stream - there are some real dorks here who are reckless with their hard earned. I've bought in a 3.75. Agree with NAV mention - just ridiculous - the value here is the managements ability to secure excellent deals -not the value of the company cars and the tea trolly

As I say, you may be right but this is one hell of a strange share when it comes to trading; just saying prefer 13% rise on higher vol cause its quite poss it could be all square at the end of the day. But yes, one day it will see value prevail, maybe now/maybe false dawn

for its average but its low to support a 13% rise - not saying its false but you need bigger vol to confirm is a re rate

but beware the volume is low - who knows whats happening with this share

an asset with a NPV based on a 10 years cash flow on concessions but valid for 50 years, at 8% discount rate: US$197.2m and they have told the market they intend to sell it yet mcap is under £22m? and trading at its 12 month low. I know the trading is very strange here and rollovers are more common than actual trades and have been for years, but something doesn't stack up - the market can't be that inefficient - whats missing?
